Dont somke, hardly drink (like, 3cans of bow a week).

I do 60 miles a day, getting about 55-60 to the gallon.

Never go out really.

Cheer up, I have a house to run, wife to shut up, 2 cars to run, 2 kids to run, bills + mortgage are circa £1600 pcm without food or fuel, wife doesnt' earn all that much, things could be worse, trust me!

Was speaking to you when you caught me drooling at your car at F&M couple weeks back, loving all the wee touches, kept noticing bitts, had the steels on at the time, take it they're just 4 standard size spares with the yellow warning taken off them?! Painted front lights is my fave mod, still trying to find time to do mine...

Glanzav- Ive had the car since January, Spent about £2700 on it. Give or take a few pounds. Most of that is on wheels though.

Going to keep the Merc alloys now i think. Get new tyres and give them a refurb in some mad design.

Oilburninnut- It is a good idea, would be awesome if we could get a mag feture with fabias. 5-10 motors would be cool. Like in PVW with all the Lupo's recently.

Think the merc rims will be back on at some point.

Kemarr- They are 16 inch. Got them with the car.

Keez- Yeah it was good talking to you at the show. I just have some time on Sundays that i tinker with the motor do some random things. As sayed, they are 16" VW Beetle steels im sure. There ok for sunning about in and going down the strip at crail.

Also picked up a DVD head unit for £0 so that was jammed in the other week.

Need to wire it up properly though, its backfeeding the convenience unit and packed in my remote locking, ha.

Re-meshed the grill as it had a hole in it from where the VRS badge would have been. The mesh is a bit thinner but a bit more black. Looks ok but.

Front plate is going smaller once i get a new platebracket thing, the one i have has too many drill holes in it.

that doesnt seem to bad for whats been done ill have about 2k to spend now once i get rid of me mr2 do u have alist of mods there and how much they cost you. Im taking it you carried the work out yourself on the car and saved a good bit that way

There fine mate, not too hard.

First set of coils ive had, cant complain.

Well had some quality time with the motor yesterday.

Got the Antera's on. Meaty streatch! 205's on the 8.5" Rim.

When i got them fitted i realised i couldn't really move!

Wheel whore???

After going a blast realised that the arches were catching a tiny tiny tiny bit (tyre smoke everywhere) i got the wheel bar out for some retro wheel arch rolling.

Fronts went well, cant roll rears, so camber shim next.

Had to put the adjusters back in the rear and raise it a wee bit for the time being.

I think they look nice in the first pic but the width and tyre stretch looks pants (im not into the whole Euro thing)

Also you've had to raise it :(

I think Audi TT comps would give 90% the same look but without the tire stretch and pikey arch moulding
