hi everyone can anyone post some pics of a fabia vrs with 17inch rims unlowered please!!! i have been told by the mrs i cant lower the car cos it will be too harsh for the my baby on the way many thanks cheers

i wish mate she has been with me through loads of cars so she will know i am trying to tell her that my old cars we basically **** and shagged and had cheap springs on them i am trying to tell her with eibachs on it will be better and not so harsh but she aint having any of it arrrgggg!!! i have only got a couple of months until he is here the nursery is fully done and everything is bouht brand new i am running out of time guys help!!!

i know mate but suprisingly they look better than other guys without being lowered i.e the suspension must be better on the furbies lol

i know mine are of a 2001 octy and need doing badly thay had only done about 18,000miles when i got them but they do need doing. but hay i only paied £50 fo em;)

Tbh its not too bad at all in real life, its acceptable not being lowered on 17's. Ive run about for a couple of months and havent feeled ashamed.

I am however going to be fitting some Eibach springs in the imminent future along with a service.

I think the -25mm will look spot on and not be sump threatening..

ha ha have you got any pics of your car mate with standard ride height was anything effected at all buddy was it worse for handlng etc cheers mate

Basically speedo is uneffected

Handeling is just the same in my opinion - Really matters on the tires tbh

And ride i feel is also exactly the same which i thought was strange

So basically nothing had changed in my opinion rather than the looks

Oh and i'll be going a nice safe -25mm on Eibach Pro Springs, there progressive so you can use your standard shocks

cheers mate with 17inch rims and 25mm drop do you get good clearance for the sumb etc? where you getting your springs from mate? how much should i pay labour for fitting them?

Yeah -25m should be okay for the sump and makes speed bumps still manageable.
