Electric mirrors

when selcting drivers side mirror this moves both mirrors, any ideas?

Red lower door light bulbs fine but does not illuminate?

The mirror thing is a feature for reversing I think to save having to adjust both to see the curb.

You then switch to the passanger side to adjust that on it's own.
