On my FMIC forge drilled holes on the underside of my crash bar allowing air to go up to the top of the intercooler.

Well back from the first drive.

The turbo is well loud! It hisses like a snake! and whoooshes when you lift off! Pulls like a train and makes 1.8 bar on the gauge, before used to make 1.6 ish.

Ive fallen in love with my car again. Now to get it mapped properly! cant wait

So do you mind me asking how much your insurance is? Only ask as I to am a student and work about 25-35hrs a week on top and still could not justify the expense of vRS insurance.

I am currently insured on a mkII Fabia Sport 1.9TDI (pd105) and one quote I had for that was £3200 crazy, I thought. Am paying a lot, lot, lot less though on another deal. Planning some mods to for this car in the not too distant future!!

Anyway, much respect for the work you have done on your car, hope you really enjoy it!

I am 23 really i was only messing earlier

Insurance isnt that bad now tbh, £600 all mods declared .

The excess is a little high at £500 but should lower that this time hopefully.

Turbo is awesome, its goes like a rocket even without being mapped, i cant imagine how fast it will be when its set up properly :eek:
