Goodwood Breakfast club - 6th April

Featured Replies

Doesn't seem that long since the last one. ;)

The theme this time is Modern Sports Car Legends – great drivers’ cars, from 1980 to the present day.

It is best to be at the Motor Circuit between 08:30 and 09:00. There are a reasonable amount of breakfast style delicacies available plus tea and coffee.

Previously we have met on the road from Midhurst at a pub called The Royal Oak. If you fancy it come down with us.

where's goodwood hedge?

AH right to far for me for brekkie, sorry mate.

I might well be up for this, will have a chat at Newbury next week :)

@ Paul, it's deffinately worth the trip to this, Goodwood's brekkie club is very good + it's free apart from the extortionate prices they charge for a bacon buttie and a cup of tea :thumbdwn:

£5 for a bap with 2 slices of Bacon last weekend.

That said it is a very good little meet and is free of charge.

ill have to think about it as its the weekend the swmbo aint working as we do both enjoy our sleep on sunday mornings. then the long drive for me too :( ill think about it the night before unless you want to come up and chauffer us mate ;)

Im going to be there with 'another' car club :o

Looking at Hedge's pictures it looks like great fun.

I'll pop over and say hello

I'm tempted by this one, but it means getting up at the same time I would for work on a weekend.

Give me a poke about it at newbury and if I'm alive I'll probably take a look :)

Like I say, well worth the trip to this if anyones thinking about it especially the first Sunday in June when the theme is 'Supercars' :D

my misses said its not for us to go looking at supercars but to play with ourselves over skodas. the cheek.

As we didn't discuss this much last night at Newbury I propose 8:15 in the Royal Oak car park.

The Royal Oak is the first pub on the left as you leave Midhurst going towards Goodwood.

See you there (if you're coming).

All being well I have a man coming to weld my ornament in the garage tomorrow so It looks like I can't make this one I'm afraid.

2 inches outside when we woke up at 10am. only a bit on the car now, therest has melted.
