I think this Stig was not doing very well - seemed a bit shabby in places!

I'm off to the NEC next week and will dribble over the Grinnall again cos it will be there - huzzah!

If I got an Atom it would have to have a roof! I need a replacement car for my Octy and the Atom looks like it would be a soggy ride on a wet day! The Grinnall Scorpion IV will be with a roof so I can stay dry and cosy! Plus it is only a tiny bit slower than the Atom.

OK so I have gone and swapped my lovely Octy for a VX220 turbo. I would have NO qualms about going back to the vRS and still recommend one to everyone in the world!but it was only ever me in it! The VX is hilarious to drive - the ar*e end gets very enthusiastic in the wet!

I got it cos I spoke to Mark Grinnall and they were doing so well with orders for Scorpions without roofs that they are holding off doing them til this coming winter : (

Still, the VX is a real hoot!

And interestingly I live only 30 miles from Atom290 so might be making contact in that direction. I did see a review in Evo mag this month and they did not like the Grinnall at all! I was very suprised, the last time they looked at it they loved it - how odd!!

The Atom does look fantastic though! If they had roofs I would have one already!!!
