Did it myself.

Took a while though, you have to remove all the chrome (sit outside in an old bin etc full with bleach for around a week)

Clean up, then sand down to 1200 grit wet and dry (takes ages)

Then primer, spray and lacquer

Hmm i was just going to sand and then primer mine so will be a good think to try.

An no apperently it cant be scanned by ANPR but the germans dont seem to have a problem with german plates or UK plates so why should we have a problem with DE plates. Or polish plates, do they just get away with no tax and insurance :thumbdwn:

Funny, I've just returned to the Octy spiders having a stint on RS6 reps which were much easier to clean.

Now for the hard work cleaning them again.....
