What about a loyalty scheme? It seems many ppl find a tuner and stick to them, as an incentive to bring people in what about a discount on labour or servicing?

I'm not sure if that's a reasonable request or not as I don't know how much markup there is with these things

one rumour seems to be that the superb v6 engine is a detuned r36, so one wonders whether it can be Jabba`d to deliver similar performance and better economy?

We could certainly put one on the rollers and see what we could squeeze out of it.. Usually it's not just a de-tuned map though, effectively the only way to de-tune it would be to retard the ignition angle and i doubt VAG would do that.

That wouldn't be an issue but we don't have a spare of that specific ecu on the shelf unfortunately.
