Skoda VRM spec list?

Recommended Posts

People upgrade cars from the original spec as built at the factory. (or so i see on forums, hard to believe.)

Car sales people have cameras and the internet or even smart phones,

its simple for them to trot off from their desk and familiarise themselves with what they are selling, and send a picture to a buyer.

Beyond some of them though. Seems that some want commission for wearing nice shoes and a tidy outfit.

re hashing an old thread instead of starting a new one, but is there a vrm or vin checker to find out what's on the VRS I have purchased but not yet collected. looked to be extras on it that weren't listed by the garage

The most reliable option is erWin (https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/erwin/showHome.do) - an hour's access is less than a tenner and you can get the full factory build list from the VIN lookup (it's under the Vehicle Specific Information menu option). Service manuals are available there also.

Unfortunately, if you are not in the showroom to buy a car there and then they don't care. Sometimes even when you are there they don't care.

Heard them say many times that the cars are so good they sell themselves they don't need to sell them :)
