Have you tried holding the lock button on your key?

Just curious why you’d want new when theres plenty out there in decent condition? Not forgetting the price difference. just so happens I stripped my Fabia last year and have that side for sale.

Assuming the Fabia vRS power steering pumps are the same (which they should be), I have a perfectly working one sat in my work (Warrington) if you need.

@Kobayashi since you’re in the north west I have a fully working fuel pump you’re more than welcome to have, no harm in swapping it and seeing if it makes any difference before parting with money to buy a new one.

Did your car have Bluetooth before installing the unit? If no you need a Bluetooth module.

Quite possibly, the wiper links are known to come off and only 1 side working. If both aren’t working and the fuses are fine there’s a good chance it’s the motor. If you’re in a rush for a complete wiper mechanism I’ve got one for sale. It’s Christmas and all so I’m not wanting an arm and a leg.

If you need a working second hand pump let me know, I have one boxed up ready to go from my vRS I stripped.

Postage wouldn’t be too expensive in this day and age, if anything I’d include the postage. I sure can, I’ll pop out on my break and get you some numbers if someone hasn’t done in the meantime.

I recently swapped my space saver for a full size alloy if you’re interested in purchasing one? As far as I’m aware it’s never been used and it looks like it too.

I can’t remember how many bolts are used to hold the rack in but I know there’s 2 different sizes and if they’re switched around incorrectly it can damage the pipes as it’s gone too far through.

No it’s just a bad design, if I remember correctly they said the seals that are used for the number plate lights aren’t that good and do allow water in over time, once the water is in that’s where it starts so then it works it’s way around.
