In drive mode isn't eco actually drive. I thought it was drive/sport/manual?

Looking at the old Eibach E40-85-042-02-11 the bar size was F28 / R25 The Eibach Golf R is 28 / 25 The HR Superb AWD is 30 / 25.4 The HR Golf R is 30 / 25.4 The Whiteline Golf R is 24 / 22 The Superpro Golf R is 26 / 24 So the HR is quite a bit bigger than the Whiteline.

Whiteline don't have a product for the awd superb. Is there a difference between a golf r bar and a superb bar? There's really only 3 variables maybe 4 - does it fit - does it interfere with anything. - bar diameter - solid or hollow. In the catalogues they normally group the skoda with the arteon awd. I've never seen them mention golf R Awesam - Are you happy with the kit of front and rear? What settings did you use? Thanks Andrew

Has anyone installed a roll bar kit on a 280 AWD? How did you find it? What was the outcome in car balance? I think only HR are in production for the AWD. You should look for a service history. Receipts from the service showing what they did and and items to keep an eye on. A haldex service. And its never a good look to see a boot with car parts in it. It makes me ask the question why the owner felt it was necessary.

How do you remove the kick panels either side of the transmission tunnel? Is it just pull until it detaches or are there clips requiring release before it detaches? Thanks

To me it looks like something is rubbing on the tyre. Factory wheels? Whats the tyre dimensions? Is it on the inside of the tyre or outside? Are you using spacers?

Agree, A spacer at the top of the strut shaft, not in contact with the dampener body, does nothing. Its only if you hit something you'll have reduced travel. Its hard to tell from the photo be are those two tyres in the picture the same rolling diameter?

Erwin as JR said will give you the build sheet. It's about 10 dollars for an hour. Jump on put your vin in and identify your vehicle then download the build sheet. It should list any options installed. Then hop over and down load some manuals if you want. If the owner said it was a 7 speed its probably a 7 speed. You could ring him if your worried.

"Off boost", I'm reminded of an interview with Derek Bell from the 80s who was asked about how to deal with the 930 coming on boost half way through a corner and the problems that can cause.
