You appear to have asked this question twice before, I suspect the answers will be the same as before:

I had a new Superb in October which came with just the one umbrella in the drivers door. I also kept the Skoda umbrella from a previous Superb I had from new so now I've got one in each front door.

I was wondering what I might end up with as there have been a few SEL models on Autotrader that don't have the matrix lights so I checked mine very carefully upon delivery to make sure it had exactly the specification I was expecting and had ordered, I suspect the chip shortage was the reason some don't have matrix lights. I ordered a Superb hatch 150 DSG SEL in April and it was delivered last month. However, the L&K has more equipment so perhaps the longer wait is due to certain components being unavailable which the SEL doesn't need. I ordered mine with rear view camera, rear wiper, spare wheel, rear view mirror USB and metallic paint.

My line of thought was that it was some sort of software update for the head unit which is what I assume the Skoda app connects with, for some of the functions at least, such as sending destinations to the sat nav as well as registering the trips, fuel, plus the remote lock/unlock etc.

I had saw tooth wear on a Superb mk2 facelift, on the inner edges of the rear tyres as already mentioned in a previous post, this does give a rythmic rumble as described by the OP

Highly likely you'll never know exactly who owned a car before, but you can tell how it's been looked after by the overall condition inside & outside plus the service history regardless of whether it's a private or company car. I have had company cars for several years and I look after them as if its my own, and whenever it is due for a service I just tell them to do whatever needs doing so they are all an excellent buy for their next owner. Don't be put off by higher mileages, mine spends most of its life on the motorway so very little gets worn or stressed, for example my front brake pads lasted for 130k miles from new, very little suspension and related wear as a result of the easy life so I would go by overall condition and service history. I would be much happier buying a higher mileage car that's had an easy life than a lower mileage car that has been used for mainly shorter trips. Also bear in mind a diesel may not be suitable for lower mileage usage or too much city driving due to the DPF, and I wouldn't discount the 1.5TSI - test drive one to see if it suits you, and there have been reports on this forum of pretty high petrol consumption on some of the more powerful petrols, it really depends where and how its driven.
