Especially in summer the situation was awful, 8 cars at lest behind a heavy and slow vehicle, sweat, the car had high coolant temperature, slow speed and irritation to the maximum.

Obligation to mix gasoline with biofuels According to article 15A of Law 3054/2002, from 1.1.2019 the gasoline consumed domestically in vehicles contains pure bioethanol or bioethers produced from alcohols of biological origin. The percentage of bioethanol or alcohol of biological origin used for the production of bioethers was set at 1% for the year 2019 and 3.3% for the year 2020 and subsequent years. By decision of the Minister of Environment and Energy, this percentage can be increased after the year 2020. https://ypen.gov.gr/energeia/prasines-metafores/viokafsima/ In general, the hot climate of Greece does not help mixing gasoline with bioethanol. From what I have read, it is mandatory in Greece from 2020 onwards to mix at least 3.3%. Unfortunately I don't remember the source or if anything has changed. Second stop comparing with Holland and Germany, they have a much colder climate and mixing is much easier. Especially in summer was a nightmare, lots of accidents when drivers tried to make an overtake, now with the wider road NO accidents.

Not always, here in GR when you buy a car with no factory unit intalled the electrician always asks you: Do you want the stereo to work anytime (even when the car is Off) or only when you turn the key? Some people want to hear music while the car ir parked and engine Off, ruins a bit the battery but i some cases helps (romantic dates 💗 ).

The latest years the situation improved. Now a visitor can make an excursion without a ''traffic'' problem and a local guy can run a bit faster.

The driver's lock is the first victim of an amateur burglar, mine is destroyed thus and i wish i was remote central locking without the alarm. Now every time i want to lock my car for a while i have to go to the passenger's side or open the rear door push the drivers pin lock and close the door so all the locks are engaged.

''be nice to America or we will bring democracy to your country'' The try to destroy-ban the tobacco farms there and now everything is aboput Corn and ''climate crisis'' although those which preach about is travel with learjets, have luxury villas with tennis court, swimming pool etc. They use in Brazil ethanol many years ego but here in GR i hear nagging from some drives (with experience in tuning) about this.

The noise is close to the grilles, water pump-altenator-radiator fan are away. It's like the blower fan to have some voltage (not proper) and try to spin a bit. @robchap here is about the dashboard removal. Here from mine.

Although ancient Greeks (Aristotle and Eyclides) say it and apply it first the other people know it as: Reductio ad absurdum. Soon or later we will find it, the sound is like a fan blade which barely touches something, i think it's a metallic noise and not plastic one (for example a teflon made gear moves back and forward).

You mean from fhe engine bay side? No, some Russian sites have with the a/c blower out.

@brefs No problem with your english, many members here (me included) are in the same condition as you. As for the protective fender flares why you screw them and don't use windshield glue?

I have seen mechanics using a long screwdriver to spot the source of the sound, the nose touching different areas and the grip touches the ear. In the past i faced another situation, a small hand drill for carving, the switch on the power supply (had potentiometer for adjusting the rpm) was in Off position but still i could hear a very small sound ''Zzznnn'' like the drill was try to spin (but i didn't managed). The problem was in the switch, looked Off but wasn't 100%, a contack cleaner spray and everything OK.@robchap If you had a/c i could say it's the air recycle motor, i had a problem in the past with it causing noise thst i could hear it because was stuck in On position. Nevertheless i would unplug everything and use some contact cleaner (with no oil). I am in smartphone, i can hear it good here in work but sounds like an axis of a fan always under voltage which tries to spin it but i can't because the blades are touching something.
