  1. I have read also for Toyota-Honda-Ford-Mercedes AMG etc engines. We have Lotus official seller here in Greece (although Chinese own the company) together with Maserati. Some GR videos Here. Tour from USA
  2. A friend of mine send me this photo from his neighbourhood: Lotus Elan S2, as you can see the body has some scratches, the driver must use it often, of course it's not a ''daily car'' but in boulevards-Highway-Mountain roads would be extremely happy with what he has. For sure has Koni shock absorbers and as done a rebuild on them, well done Man. 😎
  3. My problem so i post more often, in your topic about head gasket you were posting continuously but me never said nothing. _____________ TC-6 is in the market i think from 1995 and at 2024 someone from nowhere says it's not perfect, so what? Is the tachometer or the odometer or the gasoline-water coolant in the dashboard gauge "perfect" ? For few days i will follow the "1 minute at least" warm-up and i will post some photos, if a guy does not like these the Foe list is the option, as long does not put my name there he will continue seeing my posts, it's inevitable and i don't care.
  4. Yes but they have stock engine, stock suspension, stock brakes, stock lights, stock steering wheel etc, everything under specifications...so no matter how they use them it's legal and good.
  5. @Papez you have stock headlight bulbs? Your light pattern how much different is compared to mine? I know that mine is not good..
  6. Who's preaching? The funny guy which saying that my photos from Average fuel consumption in a curb was ''fixed'' because i just released the gas pedal. That's happening when you claim that you are ''an engineer'' but don't know the difference between Current with i/h symbol, Average with the Ø symbol ant Total with the Σ symbol. So according to that guy i have found a prolonged turn Eau Rouge like, i reach by magic hay a high speed of 200Km and while this drops to 100Km with one hand in that long distance turn i took a photo with low fuel consumption. But i have posted at leat 3 different photos so where is that magic turn? What about the symbol in the screen? How can i replace it? That's happening when you claim that you have ''a very economical car'' with 7,5lt / 100 Km in Highway. 😂 The same guy which some posts back tried many times with multiple provocations to stop other members to post here, he show-up again exclusively to create problems.
  7. Many Skoda cars, of course among them some Felicia.
  8. TC-6 (TC-6P is for Professional with pin protection) can work with Monotronic 1.3, and MPI 1.3 and 1.6, with models from 1995 (F95) and from 1996 till 2001 (F96) Flow meter correction can be done from -8% till +7% for better accuracy. As for ''perfection'' that someone asks from an old car, a simple search can find topic with Trip Computer problems with Mercedes-Ferrari-Porsche etc plus this: Stella Artois - Perfection has its Price
  9. Except the: Skoda Felicia TC-6 trip computer https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/495195-skoda-felicia-tc-6-trip-computer/ there is a specific thread: Felicia fuel tank capacity and TC-measurements https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/500579-felicia-fuel-tank-capacity-and-tc-6-measurements/#comment-5620557 Any objections, recommentations, disagreements, corrections, advices to Skoda for perfection etc for this 23+ years old system it's nice to be there.
  10. Driving for fun isn't only in the Highway with 80 Km speed always in right lane. Personally i admire their decision and courage to do such a thing.
  11. Power from horn which means all the time, has a back-up capability, connection with factory dashboar gauge (fuel level), it's own fuel injector sensor-plugs-electronic board etc with VW-Audi cables. The installation is very difficult, my electrician had ''hard time'' although the compnay gives all the informations. It was the company that was making the ''factory'' TC-6, it's not something after market, you could have them installed in your new Felicia by demand, the Skoda offered this as "extra".
  12. Yes but in day Cold start you can not ''read'' the needle so good because it's trembling. I rely on my ears for the sound of engine mainly and a look at TC-6 just shows the fuel consumption dropping means is not consuming so much fuel as the first 30", that's a good indication. Cold days, not enough warm-up time, short routes...i have no expectations for ''miracle'' MPG numbers in situation like this. It's good that the first results show City traffic fuel consumption dropping, let's hope that this will be continued in the next days and stabilized. The Highway and the Mountain Road cases are ''closed'' with a Win, amazing results that i haven't see them for 21 years.
  13. With that oil yes, i never had it with Amsoil-Motul-Castrol, it's hard for me to get use too but when in the end of the day see less fuel consumption than all these years, then i compromise. When i find time i will measure the day Cold start time, also the TC-6 helps to this because you see the fuel consumption getting lower, for example from 2,6 ltr/hour (Instant) from crank point starts lowering to 1,3 ltr/hour and also you hear the sound of the engine different, more quiet. When it's stabilized i feel it's OK to go, i never-ever liked the crank and go habit, always feel uncomfortable.
  14. In City traffic? No way. 5.4 ltr/ 100 Km was in Highway 100+ Km speed, i always post photos as proof.
  15. I don't want to change the ENEOS synthetic 10W-40 now that i have ''broke'' my fuel consumption record in Highway and Mountain Roads plus City traffic. Every single day the ''crank ang go'' habit gives me more fuel consumption. Specification -20 'C to +70 'C Battery 2+ years old, charged at December, i have Voltage gauge in the console and shows normal indications.
  16. My previous record with 5W-40, i thought was ''the best i can do'' since the nightmare with that useless dump catastrophic 15W-50 but now with the new 10W-40 the indications day by day start lowering, 12-11,8-11,7-11,6 and now my record is this: 11,4 ltr/ 100 Km so things getting better.
  17. That day-night differences shown up when i installed the new Synthetic ENEOS. I will measure the time in future days, the bad thing in City is when you enter the car many times other car is coming beside you saying ''are you leaving?" to take the parking space so you don't have enough time for a proper warm-up. Especially at night out in the street when they see your brake lights while you are parked it's very common for a car to stand beside you and make you a gesture ''are you leaving?". Lot of cars, not enough space and you grab every opportunity. At night in the underground parking lot i haven't that problem, in the morning when i have not enough time for a proper warm-up time the fuel consumption is about 12,9 ltr/100 Km or 23.73 Uk Mpg but at night when i have time the fuel consumption at the end of the routs is 11,4 ltr/ 100Km or 24.77 Uk Mprg which is a very good result comparing with older prices. My car never liked the ''crank and go'' habit. I have OBD 11, you can scan with the key in position I but when you crank the device strops working.
  18. Yes, only with ENEOS. With other oils was the same no matter if was day or night. Yes, the sound of day Cold start is a bit "rough" for me. Generally speaking is better than previous oil, in the night is one click better than the morning, i will post photos soon.
  19. No, every day the day Cold start is different than night one. In the morning the air is colder. Out in the street (day) and in the same parking lot (underground) at night. No, clutch pressed 2-3 seconds while the engine cranks, then released (Neutral speed). Parking light On, for video only otherwise nobody could see the gauges. Different days, nonetheless every day Cold start is not the same as night's. With previous oils every Cold start was the same, for example with 15W-50 every one was rough, with Motul 10W-40 every one was like the Night (1100 rpm). Although weird phenomenon to have 2 kinds of Cold start the only positive thing is that the City fuel consumption is improved a bit but only when i wait 1 minute before i go, if i make the ''crank and go'' system then rise a bit as the old days.
  20. Here is my Cold start (Morning) and my Cold start (Night) They are not the same, many times tested and the difference is present, why? I don't know, except the temperature the density of air is different. Always the same results, a bit of ''rough'' in the morning (of course not so rough with strong vibrations as @Thefeliciahacker has) and ''softer'' with one click more revs at night.
  21. That's my Led buld light pattern, Left-Right side. _ _ I am not satisfied.
  22. @Thefeliciahacker your light pattern isn't like this but more ''focused'' in the centre, am i wrong?
  23. @nta16 In the deleted topic (we know who's responsible) you had an attachment about calatyst warm-up time in your wife's Fabia. Do you still have it?
