Parking lights 5W5 bulbs need adjustment?
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanAs i have said I have done it, didn't worked (not so bright). I have done it, perfect result super bright but they blink faster due to relay lack. Life-saver in emergency situations (e.g stopped after a turn).

Door strips - what to adhere them to the door with?
Together with a buffing wheel a polished bar could help more than plain wheel. An example:

Parking lights 5W5 bulbs need adjustment?
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanI remembered Antzela Demetriou about the EU ''well, now we could go for shopping dresses in the foreign stores" (outside GR), so all these years before EU that was her main problem? As for ''Free travel'' ask the people in North GR for the buses with Bulgarians full of beggars-thieves and in the end of the day return back with pockets ''full". You were unborn where the people (Pasok) that put us in the EU were screaming hysterical against it but when they learn that the whole case has a lot of money (grants) they signed with both hands and became reach in a year. As for my extra light are these:

Parking lights 5W5 bulbs need adjustment?
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanWe don't want EU (nor the ΙΜF),we never did but politicians decide for it without asking us. EU tries to alter our society bringing other ways of life to ruin the institution of the Family, to change our Race our customs and religion, to falsify our history and our traditions, to make us dependent on the USA and to make us give money to neo-Nazi Ukrainians. Led red bulbs instead of standard halogen, the led never worked so good (brightness) due to the old design on the plastic glass.

Felicia estate 5th door seal saga....
Μe working in the street risking an injury from cars passing close by. .............................. @TonyW1967 6 years ego i have changed mine. The mechanic said that not only the quality of the seal counts but most of all the quality of the ''macaroni'' (that special adhesive stripe).

Suspension strut brace?
Skoda back then had it as accessory in the Sport parts cataloque, i have it my house. Mine isn't black but aluminium colour and different design, very helpful in turns (Sport style driving in Mountain roads). https://www.briskoda.net/forums/uploads/monthly_2021_03/IMG_20200104_094254.jpg.60157555fc4e63de408f744c183b40ae.jpg

Parking lights 5W5 bulbs need adjustment?
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanI have no intention to travel in the EU with my Felicia, i know that Traffic Police will stop me. I have in side indicator (orange) super bright, very visible at night and saviour in corners but they need a relay otherwise they ''click'' faster than factory ones. In Brake lights i have tested but didn't worked so good and removed them (the design of the plastic cover is old and halogen bulbs work better).

Parking lights 5W5 bulbs need adjustment?
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanAlso what you call ''hazard lights" we call them ''Alarm''. 😊 The extra led bulb isn't something strong so does not create problems (blur) to other drivers although the cover is plastic, just shows one click better than another car comes from corner. In City dark small roads in low speed helps a lot, no gain in Highways or Mountain roads.

Parking lights 5W5 bulbs need adjustment?
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanThis is Skoda Felicia's front side indicator (here we calle them ''Flash") Here is how it looks from inside Orange arrow = the socket for orange bulb Blue arrow = my idea to make a patent, installed a extra Led bulb and turn them on when i am in City at night looking for a parking space, lot a small dark side roads and danger from other drivers so these bulbs give a more wider \ / pattern in my light so let's say ''in advance'' the other drives can see (via that light) that another car is coming. Here is an example (my photoshop) I will post pictures in the future.

Parking lights 5W5 bulbs need adjustment?
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanHere we the olders say them ''1st scale'', we use them (alone) early in the morning or early in the afternoon (when there is no need for head lights yet) so other drivers can see us better, also those hours they light the cluster and this is helpful to ''wake-up'' us to watch the temperature-gasoline level.

Doors scratched in my Felicia.
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanThings are getting worst in GR these years, not only local teenagers don't pay attention (cars-motorcycles-scooters) when drive or park but we have non-locals which don't care about the law because the Police under commands does not go after them or the judge shows too much ''indulgence'' in their penalty (when the trial comes after many years). I have done one scratch in my bumper but the others weren't my fault, even if i pay 1000 euros and paint completely the car like new it's a matter of days to see scratches from keys from b@st@rd kids at night. https://www.autotriti.gr/autoaccessories/jpg/news/700/asdfssgdfgfdh.jpg I wonder if the Wrapping is a solution...

Doors scratched in my Felicia.
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanWhen the Spring comes i will need at least 250€ for repair-paint work of the bumper. Already has 3 damages and looks very bad (aesthetically).

Parking lights 5W5 bulbs need adjustment?
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanSome teens buy cheap and install in their cars chinese Xenon HID kits, the beam is so wrong aiming so high that blinds everyone and the phrase for them here in GR is ''he is lighting the balcony of the 2th floor of the block of flats across the road''. The previous were Osram Night breaker style is ''ice cool'' colour but after so many years turn to yellowish. So if i turn the socket clockwise the situation will gets better or not?

Parking lights 5W5 bulbs need adjustment?
There are some posts here https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/504962-engine-bay-surprises/page/4/#findComment-5987804 but i didn't wat to add more because that Topic was for different reason. I tried to find a dark area with no external lights and take some pictures from my new bulbs that i have installed, the spot isn't ideal but it's impossible to find a dark alley here to take photos. The new bulbs are 2.5W and 5500K but the result is very different with the previoys ones. I am standing upright in the driver's side and below is how they look from the side.

Brake servo vacuum pipe - 6u0611931D
D.FYLAKTOS replied to TrentBarton's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanThe difference between ''suspected'' and ''verified'' is huge, don't change parts without approved reason, will cost you a fortune and some parts it's better to leave them ''as is''. First check the connections,it happened to em in the past and don't get rushed to change parts, in a case with a problem in brake pedal a mechanic suggested to me to buy a new vacuum drum (because he said the original was faulty) and of course a used one because new there isn't any. I search the whole case by myself, the culprit was a gauge that i had installed in the driver's column supposed to help me in Mpg improving. There was a leak on it,i remove it together with it's connection hose and problem solved,i saved money and effort (the factory vacuum drum still working as it should be).

Felicia rear parcel shelf lugs
You can put an extension (e.g. a plastic cap) in the right side that's missing. Me, i have wrapped those ends with cloth-tape so there are no vibrations and noise in road bumps and no trembling.

Door strips - what to adhere them to the door with?
Sandpaper (low grid in the beginning) will do the work, do not use tungsten bit because you will destroy everything in the surface (needs a lot of experience and a very steady hand). Use gently a Glass scraper https://www.glavista.com/img/personalizacion/guardian/products and remove any glue residues with isopropyl alcohol.
