  1. Here is how you can do the test. https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/511704-glitters-inside-my-coolant-expansion-tank/page/7/
  2. I am adifferent man, i have different style and my Felicia is modified. I have made some upgrades in brakes, i have no ABS and i am careful because i would have a ''lock'' in hard emergensive braking. The tyres are not ''squeeking'' when i push them in turns like Michelin, they are not so Sport as Bridgestone (which were ''woods'' in City and i want worst Mpg), they can do everything ''good'' like ''Golden ratio''. If you want something soft for City and cool driving go for Michelin. Yokohama and Continental have the worst grade in Mpg.
  3. I have use 10 tyres from that brand in 175/60/14, i have drove in wet-dry-light ice, night and day, normal or sport style, National Highway or Mountain Routes (City traffic does not counts). It's far best than Bridgestone-Michelin-Matador in this dimension.
  4. Contact cleaner (no oil) will do nothing more than good in relays, switches, contacts etc.
  5. ΤΟΥΟ 175/60 R14 79H Proxes CF2 TL
  6. Kayaba shock absorber, tested and approved. 175/60/14, tested and approved. 30 psi front (at least 28) and 28 psi rear, tested and approved. No time for experiments, improvisations etc.
  7. Porsche 993 turbo (1993-1998) had a key with a small light on it,far more bright than Felicia's one.
  8. I wonder if a technician in a upholstery-shop can make a modifications to our factory head rests and make them with more inclination like this: I have sat in 2 buckets seats (actually chairs) and i realise that there was a big gap between the back of my head and the head rest Almost 4-5 fingers and i found this very dangerous, yes i know this gap is for helmet (racing) but if an every day driver uses it with standard seat belts then the bouncing back would be fatal.
  9. Fiat Cinquecento if i remember correct had 27% back then. 2019: Zero (0) stars for an electric Chinese car Jac ES-1
  10. So we must replace them with another material? metal perhaps? If so what about friction-lubrication issues with the rail?
  11. Update: Last night i checked the expansion tank, YES there are still some detritus inside (look like glitters but not so ''shiny"), look like this https://www.briskoda.net/forums/uploads/monthly_2025_01/G.jpg.cdc538aa212b57de31ef57585041fbcb.jpg and i saw that the antifreeze level was ''one click'' lower and i added about 200ml distilled water. I saw no leaks and i think the culprit is the VIKA expansion tank (bolts) since the cap is better quality.
  12. Sorry @nta16 but i can not help @Joja2k because i have ECU in my Felicia and no knoledge about the distributor. 🥺
  13. A ''torture'' road test including a moment of crash test. Surprisingly, not many videos have survived from the crash tests of the Favorit's successor, the popular Felicia. This is actually the only video capturing the durability tests and several more tests with the first airbags, which, however, were only available in very few Felicias on our market. Most of them were exported.
  14. But why in only in a specific part of the rail? That plastic guide in beige colour?
  15. In my pc i have this article in German language,if i remember correctly the Feliia took 67% in the crash test (with the standards of that era) when other cars had less, a French one had scored 32%. I will search for it when i get home and i will post tomorrow.
  16. For me it's the rattle noise when the driver's window is 3 fingers down,in all the other positions is Ok but while driving in City the noise is continuous and makes me crazy.
  17. Tha plastic tube can not be replaced by something aftermarket (non car application) but more robust? A random examples: https://citimarine.gr/image/cache/catalog/EVAL/94141a-550x550w.png https://www.growit.gr/wp-content/uploads/13mm-flexible-tube.jpg https://aeroponic.gr/media/catalog/product/cache.jpg
  18. As for the record: Universal seat rails for bases with diameter 345mm / 405mm 99 euro here without the fitting work from the mechanic. Any modifications means the customer will hear ''No'' till ''i can do it with extra charge".
  19. I have seen many US videos of modifying the frame, here in GR we call that procedure as "tailoring" but there is no guarantee that it will work properly because you rely on the technicians experience, if something goes wrong the ''fixing'' it's expensive and it will take time. Sometimes the technicians take that uncertainty as an excuse for extra charge: ''Hm i don't know if it will works, let's see, i will try, i will see what i can do, it will take time since i am busy" etc. Back in the good-old days there were aftermarket armrests for the Felicia seats, i bought and installed one, the only drawback was while putting the Reverse in City traffic in a hurry (parking) so i remove it. Good for the National Highway though.
  20. These are seats from an Octavia model which fit in a Felicia? Their base frame will fit in Felicia's chassis holes?
