Brake servo vacuum pipe - 6u0611931D
D.FYLAKTOS replied to TrentBarton's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanThe difference between ''suspected'' and ''verified'' is huge, don't change parts without approved reason, will cost you a fortune and some parts it's better to leave them ''as is''. First check the connections,it happened to em in the past and don't get rushed to change parts, in a case with a problem in brake pedal a mechanic suggested to me to buy a new vacuum drum (because he said the original was faulty) and of course a used one because new there isn't any. I search the whole case by myself, the culprit was a gauge that i had installed in the driver's column supposed to help me in Mpg improving. There was a leak on it,i remove it together with it's connection hose and problem solved,i saved money and effort (the factory vacuum drum still working as it should be).

Felicia rear parcel shelf lugs
You can put an extension (e.g. a plastic cap) in the right side that's missing. Me, i have wrapped those ends with cloth-tape so there are no vibrations and noise in road bumps and no trembling.

Engine bay surprises

Door strips - what to adhere them to the door with?
Sandpaper (low grid in the beginning) will do the work, do not use tungsten bit because you will destroy everything in the surface (needs a lot of experience and a very steady hand). Use gently a Glass scraper https://www.glavista.com/img/personalizacion/guardian/products and remove any glue residues with isopropyl alcohol.

Engine bay surprises
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanTell me that this is cell phone’s camera blurriness and not the real effect of those bulbs (and what the other drivers see). 😵

Engine bay surprises
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanThese 5W5 leds have some sort of adjustment? The H4 have a left or right turn option to make the beam straight, those small bulbs have or they fit in one position and that's it?

Yes but haw many times you will open this box? It's for cabin filter and since you have no a/c then leave it as is.

Door strips - what to adhere them to the door with?
You mean the part of the trunk door aka 5th door? With wood inside, grey carpet outside and clips to keep it tight with the body of the door?

In hardware or Hobby stores may have, for another use but maybe they fit.

Any idea where this fits?
My Felicia had that console from the factory, the cupholders are ridiculous and not capable to hold a cup of coffee or a water bottle so i removed it. The alternate solution is this: If you want to add gauges etc.

The tyre-shop guy was the culprit, he did what you said or he put it in a rong spot and bent that part of the metal. Now needs some forging work plus painting.

In the area beneath the coil a degrease spray with long nose is a ''must''. https://a.allegroimg.com/SKODA-FELICIA-II-6U1-1-3-MPI-781-136M-68KM

I have a small issue in the same area (seam up or lip),a non-local mechanic lift it without paying attention where to put the jacking ''arms'' and cause me a small bend. Other mechanic point this to me,he took the car from him for other work (insulation) and spot it,too late to ask for explanations from the first idiot.
