It seems to me tha teither unit has been previously patched and dealer killed this patch when servicing or unit broke down. let me know you VIN on PM so I can check if it was unit originally installed or rather retrofitted. All others check your PMs

I sent you link via PM however I do beleive that this is rather corrupcted file system in your unit. If I am rigjht you will not be able to proceed with the update so before ypou try it pls make a short test - change user interface language to any other and then restart the unit. If afdter restart unit returns to English by itself then files system is corrupted.

Multiple users have issue with their Pixel phones, not only with Android 12 but also 11 - if you Google you can find hundreds of threads describing such problems. I have personally changed phone to Pixel 5 several years ago and in one of my cars (Mustang MY16) I was not able to get it working. In my case the solution was to replace USB cable - let me remind that this cable was perfectly working with my previous phone (Samsung Galaxy S10e) running Android 11. Of course I will send link via PM.

So you have Bolero MY18 with DAB/DAB+. This unit may have Voice Command activated by dealer. Alternatively, unit can be hacked.

If not retrofitted by th eprevious owner then 2013 does not have SmartLink. Pls post model number and SW version of infotianment unit to make sure.

First of all - pls be so kind to use English. This is not MIB2 but MIB1 Columbus.

So you have Swing MY19 unit. I am not 100% sure but I believe this unit supports RVC. You have either to connect camera (and code with VCDS, USB Eleven, Vag Can Pro or ODIS) and make a test or remove the unit, open it and see if it has video support chip - see DRIVE2.RU where the guy had SWING 5JA035867A unit and he replaced it with 5E0035871B unit (from Octavia). Also following Rapid Klub PL info I can see that A nd C units do not support RVC while B and D support it. Extrapolating it, I woul d expect that A/E/J units do not support RVC while B/D/H (there is no information in ETKA on C, F and G units).

Model number and SW version of your infotainment system? You can check it in menu SETTINGS then SYSTEM INFORMATION.

According to ETKA, your car is equipped with Amundsen+ infotainment system so I guess BT module is built in this unit. Have you tried to make factory reset to it?
