  1. There is no newer SW update available (although there were manufactured units with SW up to 0363). You can have SmartLink activated by your Skoda dealer or the unit must be hacked. Yes, I beleive from end of 2019 there are 32GB original navi SD cards available, e.g. 5L0051236BJ
  2. Nope, this is the latest firmware
  3. Bull****, no additional module is required, just the activation. Unfortunately you already have the latest software.
  4. Yes, you can use SmartLink if it is activated (if not you must have it activated). For SW update link check your PM.
  5. Unfortunately this is not possible :(
  6. Such sound issue is typical for HARMAN MIB1 and MIB2 units. In most of the cases it's enough just to resolder both power amplifier chips, if it doesn't help then have them replaced. Depending on the option cost is 100-150 EUR...
  7. Check your PMs
  8. @Golanl1978 I beleive the process should be explained in your car user manual. If you don;t find it then rather check with your local Skoda dealer as I am not into MIB3 infotainment systems at all.
  9. I recommend to find in your area someone who has ODIS or VCP (Vag Can Pro). You can also visit your local Skoda delaer and ask to programm your unit using ODIS.
  10. Everybody has to answer by himself / herself. Features are the same, just HMI (UI) is more "modern"
  11. All pls check your PMs for download links
  12. Unfortunately this is a HW issue - either display of front board faulty. i SENT YOU DWONLOAD LINK VIA pm
  13. Model number and SW version of your unit?
  14. Officially - not, however it can be done but requires unit to be hacked and specially modified MST2_EU-SK-ZRP0478T to be used.
  15. I had 100% PM capacity used, I have already fixed it
  16. Official Skoda service is not capable of doing such retrofit - they are limited with the tools they use. Additionally, unit must be hacked to support features that are not assigned to your VIN. I can deliver full set for installation, if you are interested pls contact me on PM.
  17. Yes, you can Bolero and Amundsen are separated systems - screen plus infotainment reader - while Swing is all-in-one. Bolero (from MY16 onwards) supports SmartLink (Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, MirrorLink), Voice Control and Performance Monitor. Amundsen (from MY16) addidtionally supports OEM navigation and from MY18 also Media Command.
  18. You must have the glove box unit (installed behing the screen, to the left of the glove box) replaced - either to Bolero 5Q0035842x or Amundsen 5Q0035874x (x - A, B or C). New unit must be hacked.
  19. Confirmed. Also 5C0035680G.
  20. Indeed, there is version 0011 - I sent you link via PM - however it requires either ODIS or VCP to have this unit reflashed via OBD.
