See if the expansion tank has the wording "mat silikat" on it. If it has then your car is fitted with it

Are you in eco mode? If not try it. It's far less sensitive to gear changes.

You can visually check the belt and it may appear ok, but you can't do the same for the tensioner as far as I know. That can fail. If Skoda in your country recommend changes at the figures you quoted then you've got nothing to worry about.

Skoda UK recommend the cambelt is changed every 5 years along with the water pump.

OP says he hears the noise when starting and stopping the engine. Car won't be moving so any water not draining away would not be sloshing around. Going by his comment about air bubbling in the header tank would suggest it still needs bleeding.

You only need a genuine Skoda card for the satnav if you have it. Any card will do for playing music and updates. How many sd card slots does the unit in the glovebox have?
