Skoda Felicia hood scoop?
But you can se quite clearly that the seal was doing its job, as evidenced by its outline on the bonnet. So either the heater box somehow shifted downwards or the seal got squished and you need a new seal. Or maybe pull it upwards a bit, if there's a space.

Modification in my 14" wheels, is it safe?
Steel wheels are made by welding two pieces together - so cutting them and weld them with a different offset is relatively safe and it's done frequently. Alloy wheels however, are die cast as a single piece. Plus, the material is quite thick around the spokes and not trivial to weld.

Skoda Felicia hood scoop?
The seal should be on the heater box and seals against the bonnet around the lip. It's not clear whether it's present on your car, from the photo you rovided.

Skoda felicia 1.3 SPI Hall sensor / no signal
Just looked up the fault code - apparently, the BMM ECU shows the fault code everytime when engine is not running, as the sensor doesn't generate any signal. So the original ECU might be fine and the issue Is probably elsewhere.

Skoda felicia 1.3 SPI Hall sensor / no signal
There's no camshaft sensor on the 1.3 engine. Also, have you tried another sensor? I know you changed it once, but new doesn't necessarily mean good.

Skoda felicia 1.3 SPI Hall sensor / no signal
That sounds more like Immobilizer arming - SPIs after MY96 had it and new ECU has to be paired with the immobiliser unit. With faulty sensor, the engine wouldn't run at all.

Felicia AC to Favorit
Diavia might have used this housing later on, who knows, these systems were extremely varied 😃 On Czech web, they were always referred to as Diavia, with one exception, which has eventually shown to be correct. For reference, the original Diavia housing looks like this However, at this point I'd maybe try to make a housing for the original fan to keep the original evaporator box, It has one advantage - space for filter. Although it's not the greatest solution, having filter behind the evaporator, it's better than no filter at all.

Heating Problem
These relays are specific to your AC system, they are not used in the factory wiring. It sounds like the radiator has hard time cooling the engine. It might be partially clogged. Or the switch set points drifted due to age, it's quite common especially on low quality switches.

Felicia AC to Favorit
Server fans? Knowing these things, it must be loud 😃 I think that Alex housing is better, Diavia puts the evaporator right next to heater matrix and uses coolant flow valve to change temperature.. Alex also has proper recirculation But looking at your mod, you might be able to make similar fan housing for the original fan

Felicia AC to Favorit
Did you also fit the anti roll bar? It helps quite a lot. You can also fit rear beam from Felicia, they were fitted with reinforcement "anti-roll" bar from factory.

Felicia AC to Favorit
How does this work? There was fan in the original box, guess it doesn't fit in this one 😃 Is it 3D printed?

Skoda Felicia Speedo problem
That's not problem for sure - Felicia has a mechanical speedo. It's weird that the odometer works, the input is same. Maybe the needle sticks to something.

Favorit/Felicia Front and Rear Brakes - UPGRADE
Yep, this is Felicia with a standard 130L/Rapid 4piston as an example. But I found mentions of aluminium calipers derived from these that were used on Favorits.

Favorit/Felicia Front and Rear Brakes - UPGRADE
@vucko1011 I looked up how Group A brakes looked like - there was a 4-piston variant that used aluminium variant of Skoda Rapid/130 calipers. I even found some parts https://speedpro.eu/produkt/predni-kotouce-felicia-favorit-sk-a-255/ https://speedpro.eu/produkt/predni-adapter-kotouce-favorit-felicia/ https://speedpro.eu/produkt/predni-drzak-brzdice-sk-a-felicia-favorit-4-pist/ It looks something like this (note different brake disc). Ofcourse, the rest of the brake system is different, too, including brake bias regulator.

Felicia AC to Favorit
The recirculation duct collides with the manifold, too? That's probably the reason why 1.9D was never equipped with factory AC... Only Alex evaporator box fit around the intake.
-
Felicia AC to Favorit
New intake manifold just for AC? That's dedication 😃 Does it interfere with the throttle body?

Felicia 1.6 Custom Gauge Cluster
There's speed sensor 191 919 149D, that fits on gearbox output. What about late Polo 6N / Pre-facelift Arosa? They have Felicia-like Non-CAN cluster with large warning light section in the middle, which could be replaced with a display. I'd like to help, but I have no experience with sending stuff abroad.. You might ask on Czech Feliciaklub forum or Facebook page.

Felicia AC to Favorit
This is awesome. Looks like it's quite tight around the inlet manifold - will the original airbox fit?

Favorit/Felicia Front and Rear Brakes - UPGRADE
The test were made on a car with 60hp engine. We talk about car with a 150hp engine - that's already gamble outside the scope of the tests. You already answered: I said before, starting with the engine swap, the car is not safe for the public road and everything is driver's responsibility. If you don't have such resources, keep the car stock. Every modification should be tested, even if it's based on "patents" that work for others. Only certain path is to keep the car stock. Any modification using non-factory parts (and even some that use them) is an uncharted territory. But Ford calipers and disc combinations are atleast documented solutions.

Favorit/Felicia Front and Rear Brakes - UPGRADE
1. No, it was still the original Skoda engine, although modified. 2. Stage to stage isn't within the event? also, I wrote Rally homologation counts as certification of whole car. Brakes, which are discussed here, are also subject to homologation.
-
Favorit/Felicia Front and Rear Brakes - UPGRADE
1. Kit cars had a swapped engine? 2. Rally cars are allowed on a public road outside of the event?

Favorit/Felicia Front and Rear Brakes - UPGRADE
And if there isn't? Trying to stop 150hp Favorit with stock brakes? We are talking about a Favorit with swapped engine - such car should be never driven on a public road anyway. Only way to make it legally safe is to certify it as a whole. I wouldn't even consider "kits" as the safest option. I have seen countless of "certified" damper/spring set that didn't differ between hatchback/combi or engine variants, even though "inferior" stock suspension does.. The driver should know how his car, but not from other drivers. I have seen countless of advices from other drivers to remove pressure limiter/weight regulator from a Felicia. Is that safe? This really isn't about used parts, more about brake settings - especially F/R balance. Late Favorit and Felicia is already mix and match of parts from the factory - fronts are Ford Sierra, Rears are MK3 golf, ABS system is from Polo and main cylinder for ABS is Audi (iirc). But they are set up to work together. This has to be done individually on a modded car.

Favorit/Felicia Front and Rear Brakes - UPGRADE
You shouldn't need brake upgrades on a stock car, but what's your choice once you get twice as much power? Ford calipers are tried and tested solution - they are basically same Girling model as ones used by Felicia. Only thing that varies is source of brake discs.

Felicia AC to Favorit
Empty button controlls are used only in retrofit Alex/Diavia units. It wouldn't work for factory AC, as the recirculation flap is controlled by a vacuum switch. Talking about recirculation, @vucko1011 , does Felicia recirculation duct lineup with Favorit body?

Felicia AC to Favorit
Thanks for explanation, I thought that effect of the variable compressor would be more noticeable. So golf uses a different mount? Another question, how did you solve the bottom engine mount in the Favorit? Did you use Felicia subframe or something else?
