What have you done to your Superb III today?
Fitted new rear discs and pads; the nearside outer surface had rusted and worn that pad out, the others were ok. Close-up of the rusty disc, it took quite some persuasion to get this one off the hub Guess which pad was on the rusty surface? Much better now

Power steering
Any warning lights on? Anything rubbing on or wrapped around the steering shaft under the dashboard? Does the steering wheel rub on the steering column trim at all as it turns? @Tech1e Good point on the battery

Power steering
It sounds like the steering assistance is being reduced due to high temperatures - this is a self-protection function in electric power steering systems. Is it particularly hot at the moment where you are (seems likely from your location) or are you doing frequent turns while stopped or at very low speeds during your journey?

Rear disc brake wear
@Bap33 Thanks for the advice. I've got one disk that's heavily rusted just on the outside and has worn the corresponding pad right down so will have to replace the lot unfortunately.

Rear disc brake wear
A question for those who have DIY changed rear discs please - do you have to remove the caliper bracket and, if so, what tool do you need for its bolts? ETA: no, you don't for solid discs https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/467878-rear-discs-and-pads-issue/?do=findComment&comment=5309852 Thank you @prdisaac

Bleeding electric rear calipers
There's nothing special about the hydraulic side of EPB calipers so you can bleed them as normal. Best practice is to wind the motor back then push the piston back to minimise the volume of fluid in the caliper. Do not rotate the piston to wind it back. Superbs have Conti rear calipers but the TRW instructions should be relevant: TRW Electric Park Brake Service Instructions

Apologies, I mistakenly assumed you had conventional dampers. Citroen hydropneumatic?

Why won't my Superb iV charge to more than 95%?
Many years ago I was working on an electric vehicle project where it was proposed to downsize the friction brakes because regenerative braking would be able to do most of the work, until I pointed out that somebody, somewhere, lived on top of a mountain and fully charged the battery every night...

MPG. It's taking over my life.
Too posh for rush hours in this part of the Cotswolds! Just noticed that my eco score increased from 81 to 94 while mpg dropped from 101 to 32 🤔

Just tested mine, the auto headlights come on when I cover the rain sensor on the windscreen.
