Just wondering if a ghost immobiliser could be fitted to the Karoq keyless cars? Could anyone recommend someone near Essex who fit them?

Sent an e mail off to my dealer and yet to reply (very unresponsive so far). So contacted live chat, bw unconfirmed for 21 so that’s been pushed back a week already. I probably expect that to continue after reading other posts on here. No fix for wireless charging yet apparently but factory working towards a fix which should be available soon.

Haha I tried this also but the dealer who I brought through gave me extra off the car. He said he wasn’t interested in playing games, pop in and talk numbers lol.

Not the end of the world but customer care should be number 1 priority. I contact the dealer and say this is the situation...what can you do to help me. They should remember that you have spent thousands and should not be treated like rubbish.

I would of done the same. I didn’t use my closest dealer because of it the attitude and the fact they couldn’t promise to price match so went to our next closest dealer who gave the original offer from carwow. They even beat their own price. what spec did you order?

If mine don’t come with it, I will be quite irritated and would expect something in return as it would be great for my iPhone and i specified it.

What did you order may I ask?

Just went on Skoda live chat and got an unconfirmed build week of 20 (16th May) not holding my breath though. Should I expect it to be built that week or would you expect it to be later?

Almost a month now and still no build week I’m not good with waiting lol.

Rubbish that. I lost a months on my polo, they said they couldn’t have it into the next month because of a stocktake ...won’t let happen again. It will be tough luck next time lol.

I was wondering what the standard sound system sounds like and weather anyone was planning on upgrading the speakers or adding a small subwoofer? I decided not to go with the canton speakers as they were quite expensive. But I might be tempted to upgrade the system when I’ve got the car.

Theres a waiting list ? For a spare and kit? Waiting for the car is bad enough lol. Ther dealer said it was like £200 odd for the spare and kit.

Ahh, ordered mine without as I forgot to add a spare wheel. Phoned the dealer yesterday to see if I can add it on and said they couldn't now as the price protection was in place and the deal has changed since. Nightmare, anyone suggest what I could do?

I ordered 17th March, still no build date. Not even heard from the dealer since I ordered. Was told to check again in 3 weeks time for a build date from Skoda UK. With a strike sounding more likely, this will only push back the build. Just seemed when when I ordered from Vw the customer care from the dealer was much more refined and was always in contact, even sent me videos of the order being processed etc etc. Funny enough the Skoda dealer I have ordered from is part of the same group who delt with my VW order. Maybe im just impatient
