Has anyone ordered the tablet holders? Everywhere it says two but only got one fitted. Wondered if any one else has had this too? Mines white too, lovely colour on this

Just checked mine after collection and it’s normal and all painted. I would defiantly take that back as that’s bad quality.

I’ve finally collected mine today after a long wait. I feel bad for some of you guys. All I can say it’s worth the wait. Just hang in there. Like the poster above, I ordered mid March. So can’t see what your hold up is about. Makes no sense at all.

After taking out my spare for my polo, I’m wondering whether that may fit into the Karoq? If so all I need to get then is everything else, easy? The size is 125/70/18 seems it falls in line with what I’ve seen advertised for them.

That’s bad, notice the same on fords too. Is this common on some or all Karoq? Have you looked into it? Hope mine doesn’t turn up like that

Mine was around 4-5 days from waiting in port to delivery to dealer.

Im more than happy to fill in any survey or questionnaire, they can only improve on what information/ feedback is given to them. Unfortunately some people choose to ignore or make them up. Constructive feedback always helps customers long term and if I can help make someone else’s experience better then that’s great. Also with given feedback there there are many advantages such as vouchers and freebies. I have gained £50 in the last three months by just giving feedback on purchases.

Update to my earlier post, my car is being delivered to the dealer tomorrow and ready to pick up on tues\weds. My build time to delivery seem to be the same as other people on the board so can’t complain too much. Just the dealer hasn’t been all that great and much worse than I have experienced with VW who are owned by the same mother company Marriot. Only thing I couldn’t knock them for was price. I am glad after reading posts on here recently that I put my order in at the right time. I feel for you guys who had expected to get the car in same time frame but have had to wait ridiculous amounts of time and people who have had their ordered completely cancelled. It does seem like a shambles on Skoda’s behalf, this maybe my first but could well be my last. I would expect if paying these sort on sums for cars to at least be respected and updated regularly, at very least. I think that buying a new car is not just about the product but the whole customer journey from order to pulling off for the first time. They should realise who pays for their wages, big name advertisements etc ....customers tend to remember the bad parts but not so much the good.

Gave Skoda a message today for an update, got told that’s it’s at sheerness and landed in the uk over the weekend. Only the end of last week that they told me that it was at emden, so I’m chuffed with that. Just waiting transport now. Contacted the dealer afterwards and asked if I could choose the reg plate. So he sent me over the choices (4 to choose from). Also mentioned that if it’s to close to the end of the month can they hold it until July 1st so I don’t loose the tax, which he seems to agree . Finally getting closer now.

The time between orders and delivery is so varied, ordered mine 7 days after you but will have to wait most likely a month longer for the car. Hope your enjoying it if you collected today

Seen 4 now, seem to be more popular round here now. No white ones so I am glad about that , fingers crossed my one will be here soon.

From skoda customer care, just gave them a call for an update. Got the timelines after further probing lol.

Car now at Emden waiting for a ship, about time lol. Could be up to 5 weeks until I’m driving it though. Worst case 3 weeks for ship and 2 weeks for transport from dock.

Get the Karoq and after a few months, someone could of brought lowering springs out. Which would then give you some of that response and feedback. Sorted lol.

I remember we ordered the same weekend, but mine being bw 21 and no updates last week so will check this week coming. To think we have almost a similar car yet and ordered the same time, my order is almost a month behind you. Hopefully your be driving your new motor very soon

At the end of the day if the boxes are maintained and not driven too rough, they will be fine.

Seen one on the road finally, was a green one. Can’t say I like that colour (my opinion) but was good to finally see one.

I was just thinking maybe that could be used instead of an independent sub which takes up space.

It’s got to be worth looking into, they could then advise you whether you have a case to follow up. I have delt with the ombudsman a few times and they are great and achieve results. If they think you don’t have a case they will tell you so, if you do they will contact Skoda and deal with them directly. Just make sure you have all your evidence and information.
