  1. Do you have the Part Number for the new Coolant Tank (without Silicone Bag)?
  2. Simple really... 1) Contact your local ŠKODA Dealership (Parts Department), provide your VIN and ask for the front and rear Pads & rotors (part numbers), that way you can cross reference against Brembo, ATE or any other brand of your choice. 2) @JR RS has already provided you the PR Codes that you requested (as per the thread), so there is the answer to your question... 3) And I hope this helps you navigate the parts on the Brembo / ATE website's; Front 312mm x 25mm (vented) / Rear 300mm x12mm (solid) this will be your combination of rotor size. Get this info right and yo will find the product and/or variation that you need that is suitable for your fitment. Unless you have a 272/280 which will be Front 340x30mm (vented) / Rear 310x22mm (vented) Don't over think it...
  3. Regardless of the reason why you needed new wipers, that price seems rather excessive (but I guess that is a sign of the times). Everyone has their preference, but for me the Genuine ŠKODA wipers (Part No. 3V2998001) are affordable (in Australia at least) and do the job well. I would not go aftermarket, have tried and failed before... https://www.theskodashop.co.uk/products/skoda-front-wiper-blade-set-superb-iii
  4. Thanks for your response. I like what you have done, however that was not what I was looking for. I just wanted to see if the TDI version had the silver heat reflective material on the under-bonnet insulation as per the Passat (so from the factory - Genuine part).
  5. Question for ŠKODA Superb TDI owners... Do you have the silver heat reflective material on your under-bonnet insulation as per the picture below (which is my B8 Passat Alltrack for reference)...??? If possible, could you please post a picture for comparison.
  6. Also, I am confused mate... What is a Superb 208? You are in Australia right? I am sure you mean; ŠKODA Superb 206TSI 4x4

  8. Mate, don't over think it... These are the ŠKODA Genuine Part Numbers (for cross reference); (front rotors) –5Q0615301G (rear rotors) –5Q0615601E (front pads) –5Q0698151K (rear pads) –3Q0698451D (Front 340x30mm / Rear 310x22mm)
  9. Looks really great mate! Surprised you didn't wrap the chrome strip on the lower front grill section also!
  10. I think the cross over was around MY18.5. And for what its worth, the part numbers remain the same, so they are the same wheels.
  11. So I replaced (years ago) the two boot lamps and the removable LED torch with items from the Kodiaq (along with the Glovebox light). They are a higher Kelvin light (Cool White) and the two boot lamps are LED (not W5W bulbs as we have in our Superbs)... Genuine Part Numbers: LED Lamp - 8J0947409B (x3) / Connectors - 8W0971832 (x3) / Removable LED Torch - 3T0947417F9B9
  12. Because you have to drop the whole front sub frame. Very labor intensive. Best nag for your bucks is the rear, plus these cars are Front Wheel Drive bias, so makes sense starting on the rear...
  13. Interesting that you first asked this question back in July. Anyway, the lift kit you are after is here; https://www.spaccer.com/en_AU/startseite/ Thread on rear sway bar (I have a SuperPro on mine);
  14. A Pillars are not touched during removal. The plugs are at the base of the screen (scuttle panel).
  15. Yes, the wires where already there in the existing loom. The wires from the heating element are a "ribbon" style wire. So I connected them, just in case I decided to get the new A/C Panel and whatever else is required to complete the retrofit. But like I mentioned, I just got it for the "Heat Reflective" properties. Which it does very well.
  16. Don't stop there John... More to come please!!!
  17. Yep! Works a treat in our HOT Aussie climate!!! (though I have not connected the heating part, I just have it for the Heat reflective properties and my cabin is so much cooler for it)!!!
  18. So I now have the first and only Superb MKIII in Australia with a Heated Windscreen!!! I might also look to get a different Climate Control module and sww about coding in the "Heated" feature. But for me, it was all about the heat rejection properties of the Glass. And it has been proven with light guages for a window tint company that the front glass is equielant of a 35% window film and provided 99.9% UV protection. The window was ordered 28th July and only arrived in Australia on the 12th Nov. The fitment and calibration all went well. Love the look!
  19. I run genuine rubber mats in both cars (kids do heaps of sports), so much easier to clean. I love the Tunnel Cover in my Superb, shame the Passat doesn't have one available...
  20. Claim Approved, Windscreen ordered... The part number of the Windscreen ordered; ŠKODA Part No. 3V0845011AE NVB (heated windscreen). I have been advised that delivery to Australia is likely to be 10 weeks (due to COVID restrictions), that is fine (as it is a non-stocked item). Now have 10 weeks to figure out the finer details regarding the Calibration of the screen. If anyone has a contact in SKODA service that might be able to assist one of your Australian counterparts with the confirmation of the Calibration procedure (whether it is the same or different), as non Australian spec vehicles have Heated front windscreens.
  21. @newbie69 you have had your H&R sway bar fitted for a few months now... How is it going? Still driving well? Any unusual noises coming from the rear or all quite as a mouse back there? I am about to get a SuperPro Sway Bar installed for the rear also, but I have been waiting to get the sway bar link kit, however they are out of stock and will be a while to get back. Are you happy with yours by using the existing plastic sway bar links, or do you still believe an upgrade of the links is smarter choice? My car is NOT lowered and I will most likely never lower the vehicle so I am not worried about the stress on the factory links (on a lowered vehicle).
  22. An update: My claim has been approved and I am able to order the Heated Windscreen. The part number of the Windscreen to be ordered; ŠKODA Part No. 3V0845011AE NVB (heated windscreen). I have been advised that delivery to Australia could be 4 - 6 weeks (due to COVID restrictions), that is fine (as it is a non-stocked item). I have confirmation that the screen is suitable for my vehicle and will fit (I will not be connecting the wire for the heating element), I am only using the Glass for its Heat Reflective Properties. However my local SKODA dealer has said that there might be an issue with calibrating the camera once the new screen is fitted. They are not worried about the installation, or the fact the screen will not be wired in to a module or coded (given I do not have the switch it will not work without the new A/C control panel). But what they are worried about is the calibration of the cameras as they have never done this in Australia (as we do not get this screen / option in Australia). Is this a valid concern? I would assume the triangle cut out for the camera would have "standard glass", thus making the calibration identical (as all pictures look clear and not the reflective look in the small triangle section)? Any thoughts on this guys?
  23. You are obviously using the existing plastic end links? Would you consider an upgrade to the end links?
  24. This might assist you, whilst I dig a little further...
