As a further update: My start menu is FUBAR. Can't use the search function at all and it's just overall being a bit weird. Plus this computer is feeling really sluggish for something that's pretty decently powered at a year old (i7-10750H (6 core/12 thread), 16GB DDR4, 512GB SSD, RTX2060 6GB etc etc) but it feels slower than my 10 year old ThinkPad X201i under Windows 10.

Shark weren't doing well at the time I was leaving. The quietest it had been... well, ever.

It would appear the search function in 'Start' and File Manager isn't looking for any of my documents. Managed to trace the file by working backwards from Excel to find the spreadsheet. Now to find the other files.

Upgraded. Seem to have lost a couple of files including my library of product keys. Sh**.

Fire a Fantasy Green Fabia on lifted suspension, kit it out "one life, live it" style. I'll buy it for off-roading up here in a year or two's time.

Arnie Shark wanted just shy of 5k for an 08 reg Fabia 1.2 12v in 2 trim the other day. I think I'll keep mine a little longer.

I was thinking of a Polo SE... which I don't think was the right car as now that I've thought about it, I was probably mixed up with the Nissan Almera SE, which, from memory, had an armrest in the rear seats from standard on SE and above. Wrong bloody manufacturing conglomerate entirely! Whoops.

Yeah that could be the case. Just for some additional geekery, I think the vRS headlining was a bit inconsistent on the older/pre-FL models, with some having the grey headlining that us 'bog standard Fabia peasants' had to live with.

I haven't forgotten about this, until late June I was still swimming regularly, but then I took a bout of something rather COVID-esque from work and wasn't quite right for a bit. Been better for some time but haven't returned to swimming yet. In regards to other health stuff, I was working on my feet for the job (valeting, 0800-1730 usually) so was kept quite active. It was a temp contract, but in that time I managed to shed some excess weight I had been carrying and managed to keep it off with walking a lot. Now 2 1/2 stone down and feeling better than I have felt in years.

You won't have a DPF on a Mk1 Fabia vRS.

Excellent progress. You're a braver man than me taking all that apart. Just as an aside, is the floor carpet in the vRS black or grey?

I'm usually drinking from some sort of soft drink can anyway, so the cup holders are quite good for my uses. Except the one in the back, but I'm driving so yeah I don't need it.

Holds 330ml cans nicely. Not good for 500ml bottles though. The can holder at the gearstick can only do just that. And the ashtray one for the back is just terrible unless parked up.

Came on the higher spec ones (vRS, maybe, but definitely Elegance) and I've been looking for one for a while. A bit like this one, but not a billion miles away.

Oh yes of course! I'll give that a bash at the weekend, busy all week now with uni malarkey and the trailer is tucked away.

I wasn't sure if the bulb would do like the rest and flash double-time when one goes duff. It's not an LED lightboard, just a basic old school set up that my Grampa threw together in the 90s when him and my father built the trailer.
