  1. @aerofurb Is the IV available with the variable boot floor?
  2. Did you try a new set of cables?
  3. What would you like to do? Have it more sensitive, less sensitive, why do you insist on codind, there are 3 option in the cars infotainment.. I just dont know what would you like to achieve?
  4. Adjust in what sense, you were given the answer, the lights are not TIME based, meaning they will not switch on or off at lets say 07:00 in the morning, and will not turn on at 18:00 at evening, they will turn on or off depending on the ambient light, if you look above your rearview mirror, from the outside, you will se a triangle, that is the sensor, if you cover that sensor in broad daylight your lights will turn on, so they are not time dependant, rather light dependant.. In the MIB settings, under lights you will find 3 options to adjust how fast they turn on or off when the sensor requests on or off, thats it, nothing more, nothing to be done via coding!
  5. Not true, you can open and close in any combination there is! Foot kick to open, close on the button, open from inside, close with the key, and so on, it should all work!
  6. Try it out and see, not sure if that includes the traffic sign decceleration as well, would be nice to get this resolved, as im also wondering now how it actually works, there should be 3 options, if you input your route into the stnav it should slow down according to your route, then it should slow down according to the signs (aka traffic sign recognition) and lastly according to traffic ahead, but thats the normal acc, not pacc!
  7. Settings pACC (predictive cruise control) pACC represents an extension of the ACC system. pACC adjusts the speed according to recognized speed limits and the route, e.g. curves, intersections or roundabouts. The system uses the following sources to evaluate the situation: Navigation data Traffic Sign Recognition Sensors, radars and cameras WARNING pACC does not respond to railway crossings. Activation / deactivation and setting In the Infotainment system, in the menu . Driving programme: - Setting the vehicle acceleration when the ACC is switched on (this setting is made for vehicles with driving mode selection Driving modes) Last distance selected - Switch on/off the last distance selected Distance: - Setting the distance to vehicles in front Road layout preview - Switch the cruise control on/off according to the road profile (e.g. reduce speed before a bend) Speed limit preview - Switch the speed control on/off according to the permissible speed Ok so heres an insert from a 2020 manual i located, no pictures and quite short, but if all else fails,im sure you can locate the manual for your specific car if you input the VIN number on the skoda site, and acces your manual, or use the app you can download, its called MySkoda for android, at least here in Croatia, there you can also input your VIN and get all sorts of data, and the manual!
  8. Well, there should be a option to disable the predictive part, mine is a 2016, so i dont have that option, nor do i know for sure what it is called, ill have a look for an online manual, and try to find it for you, unless someone beats me to it!
  9. The limiter is not a form of cruise control, on the contrary, its a limiter, so you set it at lets say 100km/h, and you wont be able to drive faster than that no matter how hard you press the gas pedal, and you wont have any cruise control at all!
  10. ill take a video for you tomorrow morning or later this afternoon!
  11. You do not have a predictive ACC, so its normal ACC not pACC, thats why you dont have the problem mentioned.. As for the pACC, you can disable the feature in drivers assists, in the MIB!
  12. Mine does that as well, but, it stays like that only if you dont go any closer to the obstacle, once the color of the bars change from orange to red it switches to the cam view!
  13. Well i guess thats just the way it works, if the system detects and obstacle and turns on, then it shows the rear cam on the right, and the sensor graphics on the left of the screen!
  14. I had that issue when i replaced my camera for another version of the highline camera because i wanted to retrofit the trailer assist, solved it with an updated gateway!
  15. Thats how it should be, no coding needed there, mine turns on when i press the button, or select reverse! Also turns on if the system turns on when approaching an obstacle!
  16. Thats rear traffic alert system, it does pick up all moving objects, but wont stop you reversing into a wall!
  17. Dont we (pre my18) have a similar system, just not able to turn it on or off in the mib? i swear my 2016 stopped me from hitting a small parking post behind me which i didnt register when backing up due to a phone call in progress..
  18. As far as i know you need to be above a certain speed for it to work, 1,5km/h to 10km/h in reverse, and 2,5km/h to 10km/h forwards.. Also not sure which model year was the first to have it, i dont think all mk3 have it!
  19. Yes there is, if you can move the seat using the controll buttons then move the seat in every direction till the end, end press again for a second or two, meaning move all the way up till it stops, release then repeat the up command for a second or two.. Do the same for down, back, front, back rest all the way forward, back, lumbal support in all directions! That should clear the error, once done, turn the car off, lock, let it go to sleep, meaning leave it locked for 5 mins.. Unlock, set the seat the way you like, memorise it, and try it, should work! This usually happens when the seat losses basic settings, meaning it does not know where it is and what the end positions are, its like when the auto widnows stop working with one touch up or down.. I get that a lot since i have the comfort exit and entry, and it leaves my seat 3-5 cms to high, so i lower it all the way down manually, does that 2 or 3 times a week for me!
  20. Not sure there are different view angles cameras per se, the hardware is all the same, there are different version in terms of what you can do, there are lowline, midline, and highline cameras, but as far as i know they are all the same in terms of hardware.. Do you have moving guidelines when in reverse? also when in reverse, if you hover your hand do the right of the screen there should be a pop out whith buttons, and there you can choose your angles, there is a towbar mode, parallel parking, and normal, as well as wide view i think, not sure though as i only ever use the normal, and towbar if i need to connect to a trailer!
  21. My thoughts exactly, apparently he had the turbo issue before the gearbox swap, so not sure how the box swap came up so sudden..
  22. From what i have seen hes had some issues with fuse 4, seems there was more issues then "just" the gearbox!
  23. Well you do have an error related to boost control, so that might account for the lag under 2k rpm, as for all the other errors, i would assume those are related to poor coding.. As to the shifting issue, i not smart enought to know if its the mechatronic, or just a combination of all those errors..
  24. Judging by the photo, no it wont fit the MQB superb you have!
  25. I believe those are used to fixate a box, or a smaller item to the floor, as in put the item and put those holders around it, they should attach to your floor via a "velcro" style thing!
