  1. @Bap33 Yep i done the sam he has done, with the exception that i activated all of the seat config adaptations because i cant get the seat menu to show the easy entry, only thing i have under there is the option to store seat positions to keys.. I have removed the easy entry today, as its really getting on my nerves beceause it does not return to my saved position most of the time.. So i gave up on it! I will try to remove all my adaptations once again, and just activate the one from the video.. As i did not reset my MIB, but did lock the car and let it go to sleep, then restarted, but no new menu under seats..
  2. Just tried to add byte9-bit6, coding accepted, did the adaptation, under the gen2 menu, there are a few display seat configuration, the one you listed has already been activated, i tried to activate all of them, did not produce any new options under seats in the mib, i only have store seat to key option in the mib..
  3. Tried that multiple times, still it leaves my seat higher than it was set, tried it even with comfort entry off, does the same, say you lower it all the way down, as low as it goes, set it memory 1, without comfort entry, lock the car, unlock it will move 2-5CM up in height.. If you have the option to save seat memory per key.. With comfort entry its even worse, as its never the same height.. Dont know how, or why.. But for me, its like that.. Im actually thinking of removing the per key option as well.. Its tiring to have to fiddle with my seat every single time..
  4. I enabled mine, but only did Byte 3 - Bit 1, works fine, BUT, it often throws an error with no adaptation after enabling this, the thing is, when it moves the seat it always raises it, more than my saved position, so every single time i get in and out i need to manually lower the seat, which often leads to error of not having calibrated height, so it stops working completley, only way is to move with the buttons, so i need to raise it to max height, then lower, then lock the car, unlock and it then resumes working.. So my advice would be to forget it as its more pain then use!
  5. Isnt the rattles around the top speaker generally associated with the GPS module which is above the MIB moving and making noise?
  6. Ahh got it, thought that there was a difference in the abbreviation, or something like that.. Thnx!
  7. Can you just explain the difference between RLFS and RLHS?
  8. Then, by my judgement it should be the same? Right? Both are rain light and humidity, or i might be wrong!
  9. Just out of curiosity, RLHS stands for RainLIghtHumiditySensor, and RLFSS is RainLight??Sensor? Thnx
  10. No worries, and as for the footwell lights, if you want to replace those to led, make sure to be gentle with the aluminum casing, dont mangle it, or you wont be able to put it back together!
  11. Front and rear reading lights are easy, insert a thin but firm piece of plastic from the front, so insert towards the windshield, then gently pry them down, they will give and drop out! The door lights have a small indent where you can also insert a piece of plastic, and as i recall, but might be wrong, they open up from the door facing below, meaning from top to bottom.. The mirror lights also have a small indent to pry them out, i think that those indents are facing towards the windows.. The footwell lights also similarly have indents to pry them out! Hope that helped!
  12. Ahh, so i should disable ACC, then try to set in maxidot, under which menu should it be? Ill take a look once i rejoin with my car(its with my wife and kids on the seaside, while im working at home/have to drive my wifes A3 )
  13. @Nevals If it turns out in need of anything done to it, i do have a guy in Zagreb, DM me if you need any additional info!
  14. Ahh, now it figures, i do not have the mode button, hence no driving modes, hence no eco/coasting at all.. As far as i know, on a WV, the eco also removes the smart portion on the front lights, as well as reduce aircon usage..
  15. @e-Roottoot what im saying is that it will even say D2 and will start of in D2 in reality if not towing, and if on flat or slight hill, be it up or downhill.. It will show D2, and start as D2, if towing, or on a bigger incline, it will show D1, and start as D1.. If starting in D2 and the hill is more than the car "thought" it was, it will go down to D1, but its with a nice jerk to it.. If in S mode, always S1, and if in D you floor it, it goes to D1, but if its was saying D2 prior to flooring it, takes a second to downshift then starts pulling.. EDIT: as per the coasting, i cant find it either on the maxidot, or the MIB, will check out with my main stealer!
  16. For me its tied into automatic wipers, there is an option in the MIB where you can let the car turn on lights if it detects rain, cant recall from the top of my head what the feature is called! So as long as you have wipers on auto as well it should turn the lights on the second it turns the wiper/senses rain..
  17. Well, more weird stuff in mine than, as stated in the DSG parking thread, mine starts of in D2, rather D1, unless towing or starting off on an incline.. As for the coasting, never had that happen, it allways stays in gear, and the the rpms correspond as well.. Be it on manual driving, or on ACC.. If on ACC i did notice it will downshift before applying brakes.. moreso wtih a trailer as well.. 2016. 2.0tdi 190bhp estate here.. DSG 6-speed tranny..
  18. Here! Although, if its a hill, or if im towing its always in D1.. And yes, in sport its S1, and if you floor it from the start it wont even try to go into D2..
  19. Do the IVs come with variable floors? I recon if it had one you could raise it up flush.. Dont know if thats an option on the IV
  20. Im the second owner of the car, the car was built in 2016, sat at a dealer, as a show car till 2018, i bought it last year, with 45000KM on the clock, done the dsg oil change at 59000KM, the car now has 71000KM, i did ask the dealer about the gears, they say its supposed to work like that, as the 190HP has enough torque to start out in D2, once you shove it into S it always starts in S1, it has been doing that since day one, and yes i have confirmed with the previous owner as well, has been doing that as well, he got it with 300KM on the clock, so brand new almost..
  21. Its a 6 speed, wet clutch.. I dont recon its a fault, more a feature i guess, just wondering if you knew why they programmed it like that, to try and start in 2nd gear, rather then 1st..
  22. Since you seem to have extensive experience, may i ask why my Superb, (MY2016) often starts out in D2, rather then D1, more so it does it on inclines as well, and it can get a tad bumpy once it decides it cant make it in D2 then abruptly downshifts into D1.
  23. No worries, if the need should arrise, i do have 2 trusted people in Zagreb, Croatia, so just shout!
  24. If you are still in Croatia i do know a few guys that might be able to help you out!
  25. If by progress you mean how to retrofit virtual pedal i was not the one doing it, i only wanted to code kick to close, but still no go on that.. i gave up<>!
