Hi guys and girls, i have an issue i would like to resolve, i have a my16 superb estate, with front electric seats, drivers with memory. I memorised my seat position along with my wifes, and on 3 i have the settings for the seat when i vacuum the car. All fine and dandy, but, i noticed one strange thing, my seat position stored is as low as the seat goes, upon unlocking with my key, and opening the door my seat raises about 1 to 2 centimeters, the strange thing is its not equal amount of raising it does every time. I tried to memorise the seat again multiple times, but no go, each time i open the door it just raises, nothing else is out of sync, just the height, mirrors adjust fine. I have asked my wife if it does the same for her, and it does not, but her seat position is not all the way low. Also i noticed that once i want to lower it manually, sometimes it lowers all the way, sometimes i need to raise it a bit then lower it for it to go all the way down, is there a way to teach the seat which positions are which, meaning like you need to teach the windows after you discconect the battery.. Sahsa, do you maybe have the number for a car that has the antenna for the phone, but no QI charger, mine has the signal booster, and no QI charging, so im looking to add that, but would hate to loose the signal boost function. Thank you!

The point is, if there is a sign with 1 (possibly even 2), when you are indicating, that means all is well, and that the trailer indicators are working! Its not an error light!

That is not ment to be an error, its just to indicate that the indicators on the trailer are also working, where does it say in the manual its an error?

Just to conclude this, for future reference, if anybody will need it! The problem was the gateway, it could not pass messages between the new camera and the PDC, so i tested out a newer gateway from a Tiguan, and it works, just need to go to the dealer to get the CP removed, till then im still using the old gateway. So you need 3Q0907530Q or newer, with software version 4342 or newer, preferably made by Lear, Morocco. Not the Continental one.

Once again me, bringing a deceased thread to life! So my Superb had all the prerequisite; PLA 3.0, 360 OPS, factorry fitted tow hitch, all i needed was the adequate RVC, so i got the needed RVC part nmbr 5Q0980568B. Installed, coded, hooked up a trailer, and behold ARA (trailer assist). Had some fun, parked my trailer. And then dissapointment! After moving around in my yard and coming close to a wall in front, i got the usual tones from my PDC, but no OPS display on the MIB, and no RVC view as well. So i pressed the PDC button, turned it off, pressed it again, and no RVC or OPS again. Long story short, i only have working RVC and OPS if the car is in reverse, otherwise all i get is sound, no visual representation on MIB, no RVC view. One error over OBD11. in 6C; U112100 - Databus missing message-static Any help is greatley appriciated! Thank you all in advance!

Not sure about that, i believe they can see if any software modifications have been done to the ECU, so be carefull about that warranty!

This is not the locking mechanism, this is the soft close motor, for the powered tailgate, sadly i have no idea how to remove that, but there is no need to do so, all you need to do is pop out the handle from the inside, like ApertureS said!

Just got my upgrade set from Superskoda, and wondering if there is a way to remove the covers wihtouth removing the glass, kinda expensive if i break it, its dimming, and heated.. So has anyone managed to remove the covers without removing the glass?

I dont think so, you need the Superb one if you have a superb!

I presume its all wireless, and the main unit is solar powered? Does it have batteries?

Its common in the VW group, you dont actually have TPMS, its just reading the rotation speeds of all the wheels over ABS, and if it senses a disagreement it will let you know.. That indicates you "might" have an air leak!

I moved from an 2012 A6 to the superb, my Audi had Bose, my superb has canton, ill give the Bose an advantage for sure, but Canton is not trash, im not an audiophile by any means, and most of the time i just listen stuff from youtubemusic, and liste to it quietly, but there are times when i do blast it, and its not "bad", has some punch to it, and thats it! Works for me for sure!

The important question, if you unplug the double button, does it still work? And which software versions are you running on 6d, 09, and 05?

Yeah, i did compare them, sadly didnt have the time to get it hooked up to vcds, and see, hopefully ill do it on monday.. Been out of town today, and tomorrow!
