  1. From a Russian guy who did the same retrofit to his car. link from drive2.ru.txt

  3. Did you download the proper data set file to your radars;
  4. Ok. Thank you all for your answers. I ordered used radars with index G as you told me. My retrofit project has officially restarted.
  5. I am ready to buy used radars with INDEX G. That's why i ask about it. I want to push the BUY botton right now. So i CAN use used radars. Steps: Connect them in car. Remove CP (with online connection and ODIS) Load dataset (there in no need for online connection) Do the long coding or anythink else needed. (no need for online connection) I am right ?
  6. Besides the initial question about the G-index, I would like to clarify something else: Is there a problem if the radars are used?
  7. I return to my own attempt. As I said, my car was manufactured on 25.5.2023. Until now, I have tried several times to remove the component protection lock, but immediately afterwards it reappeared. The radars I have at my disposal are index H. From the ETKA I see that my model normally uses radars with index G. A member of the forum told me that this is the problem. And while I had despaired and had given up on it as a project, now I am reconsidering it. What is your opinion?
  8. I just did the upgrade. Εverything went smoothly, without any problems. Thanks for the file and the support.
  9. I couldn't register the radars to the BCM (couldn't remove the CP). So after a few tries, I gave up. My car is from a lease, so I didn't want to push it any further. Reference to parts for sale. No selling on here unless you have Freedom or Freedom Lite membership. Thanks, Admin.
  10. Giasou Marie. I am sorry, i don't know anyone for that. This is the reason i gave up this project.
  11. Could you please share the changes for the video streaming? I am also have OBD11
  12. My Octavia was manufactured in 2023
  13. I wonder when the next update will come out. It's been many months since 1985 was released.
  14. The result is great, since you are satisfied with the intensity of the lighting, then you did an excellent job.
  15. I don't know why you can't see my photos. Can the rest of the forum see them? It's not easy for me to re-upload them in another way. If you can't see them yourself, I can email you some of them.
  16. I'm curious about the progress of your project. I hope you succeed. I couldn't and gave up.
  17. Take a look at this thread
  18. Well done. It wasn't that hard, right?
  19. ΟΚ, you mean the E sign It's upside down, as you can see in the photo. But they work as they should.
  20. Sorry, i didn't understand what you mean.
  21. yes I understand. It is a little difficult, because it is fastened in 3 places. A little patience, start from the inner fastening, it comes out easily, the difficult part is the edge, that's where you need to be careful because the protrusion can break.
  22. Please be more specific. I don't understand which part do you mean.
  23. Hi, i used a black silicone. You just need to make sure that no moisture can get inside. So I think silicone can do this job very well.
  24. Yes you are right. It is common on those dynamic turn lights. I have installed a similar one in my other car, a VW Polo, and it is also almost invisible there.
