Is your lazy throttle intermitent or is it just lazy all the time?? Mine sometimes will behave alright and then I can feel the change in the throttle and it goes lazy. The next time I start it ........it might be ok. The mechanism in the VVT actuator is oil pressure activated and when they go faulty..... they jam......leaving the engine timed incorrectly.

I'm going to take a punt on it being your VVT actuator (or I think that's what it's called)

It's a pity that the 18" Anthrecite Pegasus isn't available in 19" (and before it's mentioned.......the Super Nova is not the same)

It is a terrible SatNav to use (in Ireland anyway)

Looking at the Revo website......the seem to get good results from the 150tdi but as you say, not a lot of real world replies. I will definitely be getting my 2019 150tdi remapped when I get it next March.......comming from 3 years in a 190tdi I'll have to replace the lost power. I've been driving Diesels with between 180 - 190bhp and 400nm for the last 15years. I do a lot of driving and I'll really notice the power/torque drop.

Did you go for the SPS unit for removing/installing the map yourself .....if you ever needed to ??

I'll be going from a 190 to a 150 next March.......I think I'll be making a trip down to Portlaoise. I have read over the years that the Revo maps where on the aggressive end of the scale. I assume that you're very happy with yours ??

I would love to put a "black pack" on my next L&K, it's Business Grey and I think a black grill, mirrors, roof wrap and black trim would look super (a Sportline L&K) but there doesn't seem to be any aftermarket door tri kits. Any advice??

Got it back this evening. Only 1 spring replaced but 2 shocks and drop links, top mounts, bushings etc etc. My contact in the service dept really looked after me.....I got discount on all the parts and he really looked after me on the labour (good will for a good returning customer he said)

I know and I agree with you but my boss (the owner of the vehicle) wanted it done in the main dealer where it was bought and has been maintained.

Have you kept the Columbus or is the entire system bespoke ??

Skoda genuine DCC x 2........Springs x 2 and mounting hardware..........in Skoda main dealer.

Well faith forced my hand on this earlier today...........the spring snapped. So it's in Sheehy Motors as we speak waiting on parts. 2 DCC shocks + springs and mounts. That'll be €1800 young man.........now be on your way!!!!!

Is the REVO possible to flash through the OBD using the little thingymebob.........so I can take it on and off myself ?? (used to be called "SBS" or "SPS" unit)

Paul, is the order you placed in Daltons for the Bilstein DCC version and does it incude fitting and new bushings/mounts?? I have been qouted €1300 by Sheehys Naas for replacing the front DCC shocks. (I had the DSG serviced in January and the Timing Belt service last month, 4 new tyres in December..........I know the feeling!!)
