  1. @dbolton A 3 pin cable charging at home might take for ever to charge 60 kWh into the battery. 200 miles or so. But on a Wall Box then 10 hours max maybe. 6 or 7 hours at 7 pence a kWh and then 3 or 4 at Not off peak tariff. Or even all 10 hours not off peak charging could be @ 30 pence a kWh if standard tariff. £18.00 for the 200 miles. Or 15 hours to get 300 miles £27.00
  2. Correct. (So submit for Certification if you have Billions of $,s or just have whoever do what needs doing to Import and Register in the UK. World Wide Harmonised Testing, not done, no certificate. So OK for world wide countries not in Europe / EU / UK. If a 1.4 TSI was compliant in 2018 on without electrification then they could be sold by SEAT, Skoda, Audi and VW in Europe / EU / UK and not just the last run out models that they did sell like 1.4 TSI Alhambra and a few others possibly. They need not bothered botching up 1.5 TSI ACT,s just to get certification, even making the issue with Kangerooing. Even e-Golf 1.4 TSI & Audi e-A3 were discontinued pre WLTP because they needed cheating to get Certification.
  3. It is a DQ200-e 7 speed twin dry clutch DSG. There is no Service / Oil Change regime for it.
  4. The 2024 1.4 TSI be it ACT or not is not WLTP certificated for Europe / EU / UK. As simple as that. Type Approval might be OK, and the C of C. That is why not for sale new in Europe /. EU / UK with a Manual / DSG or 8 speed automatic as in other worlds regions. So not meeting the emissions requirement and needing the jumping through hoops. Why there is for sale in the EU / Europe / UK there are Mild Hybrids, PHEV,s or 1.5 TSI ACTs.
