Morning, Look correct but what's your registration number and I'll confirm? Damian @ DPM Performance

Advice on suspension please
The B4s are basically a gas version of the standard shocks, the B6 are a monotube upgrade but as mentioned fairly firm. If I was keeping the standard springs, personally I'd go for the Koni Special-Active. Damian @ DPM Performance

Wheel spacers
You'll be fine with a 12mm hubcentric spacer - https://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/car-parts/skoda/octavia/hr-trak-12mm-hubcentric-wheel-spacers-boltsoctavia-5e-20132019 Damian @ DPM Performance

Wheel spacers
The front hub lip won't be as deep as the rear, we've found from experience that 10mm works on the front but 12mm+ is needed for the rear. Damian @ DPM Performance

I'd recommend changing both the fronts and rears. Let us know if you'd like a price on the Koni's. Damian @ DPM Performance

Vrs 245 wheel spacing?
Best thing to do is to hold something flat against the arch and then measure from the tyre sidewall to that. This will give you the exact measurement to get the wheels flush, you can then take a few mm off for clearance. Damian @ DPM Performance

Vrs 245 wheel spacing?
Morning, Are you wanting the wheels flush with the arches or a little in? Damian @ DPM Performance

Coilovers
You'd get maybe 10-15mm lower. Damian @ DPM Performance

The ST kit by KW is a great option although a little over what you wanted to spend but worth saving for - https://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/car-parts/skoda/octavia/st-x-by-kw-coilover-suspension-kitoctavia-1z-20042013-14tsi-16tdi-18tsi-19tdi-20tfsi-20tdi-inc-vrs Damian @ DPM Performance

Lowering a MK2 Fabia
With that mileage you'll really need to go for a full springs and shocks kit and the Koni kit is a good place to start. 40mm should be fine and the standard drop links should work without any problems. Damian @ DPM Performance
