  9. Cheers guys, doesn't seem too bad to do DIY, doesn't have zenons, it's only a 2013 Greenline, Skoda springs are £120/pair, but looking around at brands like Bilstein maybe if there a saving. A local garage quoted £140 Inc vat supply and fit the rears but brand unknown
  10. Do I need a spring compressor to change my Superbs rear coils or are they accessible by removing the bottom shock bolt and lowering the arm on a jack, then jacking back up (arm only) and refitting the shock Cheers

  12. did they put the dye in and use a sniffer? can they bypass the pressure sensor to test the pump/compressor?
  13. high is high, low is low whichever way you measure it, the centre-arch measurement is easy to get wrong, the total height is difficult to get wrong cheers

So while getting an oil filter at Autosales Skoda i whipped out my measuring tape ground to inside wheel arch a Superb on low profiles ...... 27" a fairly standard superb...........28" My 2013 GL................................26" but i had a full tank of fuel and some funny looks from the sales staff seems my coils are fronts ... 3C0 411 105 N and the rears 1K0 511 115 BS
  15. can do, but more likely standard new GL coils, or try GL estate rears gonna have to wait for a bit tho
  16. new rear coils £145 new front coils £180 oil and filter £35 (as a favour) all supply and fit
  17. So should I get new GL springs or new std saloon springs or what?
  18. Did have a GL and fit new GL springs or did you fit std non-GL saloon springs?
  19. just measured 360mm wheel centre to arch looks like in 15mm LOWER than a std greenline
  20. my 2013 greenline hatch catches on speed humps front N/S and rear O/S, and GROUNDS the sills on fairly avearge kerbs, i couldnt get over the garages swing out supports to get forward to his 4 poster, this isnt normal, yet nothing seems hanging down, its almost as if its got lowered springs
  21. can i swap to std 1.6 rear springs?
  22. found 2 i put my glow plug light on, the other put my skid/stop/start lights on.. only want 12v FFS
