Problem with DPF regenration after deleting EGR
The car could be rejecting the process if not everything is working correctly, it could have tested EGR function and won't allow it to regen. Here is part of another document about DPF checklists. EGR System must function

VRS TDi with 650mg measured soot value! runs fine.
That part number was dropped, now please find 03L 906 051D Unless you have a wiring fault, that amount it reads is off the charts, so this would likely be what I would change. Older generation sensor's used a pipe on both ports of the sensor, either side of the DPF New gen sensor's only measure pressure one side and it vents the other to atmosphere, so perfectly normal I am sure the new gen's don't need adopting, mine does not have to be done. When you get new sensor, measure soot with engine off then with engine on. You then should probably do a DPF regen, checking the soot afterwards to verify that all the functions are correct with the car.

A post from a while back, these are the live values for a normal regen (active)

Problem with DPF regenration after deleting EGR
Hope this helps, here is the part code for the 10 changes made to the orginally fitted EGR cooler (yes they are that bad) 03L 131 512 DQ Use this code to look on the likes of FleaBay to find yourself one, or go with the one you linked to if you prefer I did find a used one for under £50, though it might need a damn good clean, or could be faulty (luck of FleaBay there)

Problem with DPF regenration after deleting EGR
Quickest answer I can give is you must have a working EGR to do a DPF regen. Those temps are low, need to be over 500°C, max 700°C (it uses the EGR to help the temps, why it is needed) CAYC is your engine code for sure.

Bosch Battery life - 5 years?
@mrdomskoda If you do need to secure the little dash cam box, I recommend some 3M Double-Sided sticky tape VHB (very high bond) Can be found on Fleabay/Amazon etc, once that stuff goes "off" after about 24hrs, it almost needs a chisel to remove.

three cylinder engine overheating causing valve failure
Couldn't find one in my collection, needs online if there are troubles. If that is the EA211 Series engine, then they have the manifold integrated inside the cylinder head, water cooled. Could be a future issue, or maybe that has been designed out now/fixed.

Tyre Pressures provided are wrong
In your defense, I will say that VAG have been known to put the wrong label in the fuel flap (rare, but does happen) Sadly the sticker does match what is in the maintenance book, so that means dealer has under inflated your tyres!

interior lighting (Electrical buzzing noise)
I have had a good look at wiring diagrams, but nothing jumped out at me there. May have to wait a while to see if someone else has seen this, might see if there are some YouTube videos on removal of headliner, as the part might be seen in full then.

interior lighting (Electrical buzzing noise)
Just double-checking... The black box has wires that are fed from the light power also? And if possible, can you post your VIN, minus the last 6 numbers so I can check wiring diagrams.

interior lighting (Electrical buzzing noise)
The one thing I was thinking it could be was an ultrasonic sensor for break-ins. Have you got a zoomed out view of where it sits in the car, trying to get a mental picture of where it is roughly (words only help so much!)

Not going to help you, but sure fun, your car has a "special button" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Placebo_button A placebo button is a push-button or other control that appears to have functionality but has no physical effect when pressed. Such buttons can appear to work, by lighting up or otherwise reacting, which rewards the user by giving them an illusion of control.[1] They are commonly placed in situations where it would have once been useful to have such a button but the system now operates automatically,[2] such as a manual thermostat in a temperature-regulated office. Were the control removed entirely, some users would feel frustrated at the awareness they were not in control.- interior lighting (Electrical buzzing noise)
Welcome to the forum, Do you have an image of this black box item?- Multifunction Display Replacement Question
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/364057830004 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/364043815612 Cannot say how good either are, it's fleabay after all, hopefully if you use PayPal, you should get extra protection, or a credit card.- Multifunction Display Replacement Question
I think this isn't going to be a software fix, but I did see 2nd hand screens on fleabay for about £70 give or take.- Replacement Wheel Bolts
I think insurance usually have the coverall question "has the vehicle been modified in any way?" Should the worst happen, I'd be inclined to "lose" the bolt's left behind. - 2067634 Recall Campaign 69DU Driver side front airbag
