2021 Estate Rear End Feels Loose
They do seem to need more pressure than most Guessing your's is the 2nd entry here? Check of course in fuel flap/ driver door for the car sticker approved for your car/spec/Country Check rear springs don't have the transportation blocks left in them. It could be you have a broken suspension component making the back end seem loose now.

Skoda Fabia MK II 2011 - Windscreen washer not working/pump not sounding
Welcome to the forum, I would top up the tank with some pure concentrated screenwash (not ready mix) and let it dwell for a few hours and try again. That fuse looks ok, so the pump doesn't appear to have blown that, but could be a wire has gone kaput, so no power is getting to the motor. If you have a spare sprayer bottle, that is clean, you could make a mix to carry with you temporarily so you can pull over and clean off the screen (if not a sprayer, then any old drinks bottle) throw some on screen and operate wipers.

Windscreen always has some kinda film stuff on it
Rather than repeat, here is a thread about cleaning windscreen just the other day. My vote, with a +1 from @Mickvrs220 was for Stoner's Invisible Glass, good product having tried several over the years. EDIT: Sorry @toot I realised you did post this one, just the link was "flat" Cleaning tip: Do the outside cleaning say vertically, do the inside horizontally... this allows you to potentially quickly see if the left over muck is inside or out at a glance.

Head unit in continual reboot
It probably is the same still then, I would have expected a hardware to change from H12 to say H16 for example. I guess the firmware that arrived may have sorted it out completely, fingers crossed.

Rear fog light continually on when lights switched on.
Welcome to the site, It might be guesswork, though the suggestions so far have been good to rule out @nta16 You may need to scan the car with a diagnostic tool, as you may have a short somewhere in the wiring causing this, so a possible fault code could be stored. List of users in map format here... message a few local people, as it increases your chance of success in finding someone.

Gearbox oil recommendations for ceca engine
Sorry was dealing with a washing machine furball, poor thing wouldn't drain until it coughed it up. Go here and make an account, then you can take a little look around at some menu's to get aquainted before you begin. https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/ When you are comfortable, I would recommend you make sure that you have your VIN put into a text file, triple check that it's correct. Because once you pay for and start your hour, you need to get information in a single sitting, that hour is a hard limit when reached. You can then pay the hour, and begin the process of getting your workshop manuals/wiring diagrams (why you need to take a little look around before, so you know where to look) Copy and paste your VIN into the site in the correct spot, and it should filter out all the wiring diagrams and workshop manuals, then you can download them in PDF format. You can also decode your PR-Codes too on the site, handy for identifying parts fitted just for your own specific car. Final bonus, but will be confusing to explain, is you can view all of the above in a webpage also, and the one place that will be useful to read upon is online ElsaPro, and more specifically the "Red Book" of TPI's (Technical Product Information) Should you wish to grab these, you will need to have either a PDF printer, or physical printer to grab the many pages in there. You may as well use the hour to take a damn good look while you are there.

Gearbox oil recommendations for ceca engine
Do it! Skoda erWin is about £7.50 for an hour, get all your files then and never need anything else.

Decoding a Karoq's VIN
Nope, but... Web chat to Skoda UK, they can provide. Visit dealer is another free way.

1.9 TDI Elegance Octavia Estate 05. Are these the correct glow plugs to replace these with?
In theory that is the correct part number yes. On Autodoc for N 105 916 02 https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/n10591602?supplier[0]=11&supplier[1]=11 In ETKA parts program There is a use for the glowplug (of course not needed for starting unless mad cold) for emission/running smoother. Has a run time of four minutes, unless you give it above 2,500rpm.

Bosch Battery life - 5 years?
Battery life can vary so much, depends on many factors. Some get 3-4 years, and other beyond this on exactly same battery. What's fitted right now, as we can point you at cheaper source no doubt. (Take a photo if possible) Have you got a basic voltage meter to check? You might have 096 sized AGM, dimensions available here... https://www.tayna.co.uk/car-batteries/varta/e39/ 278mm length, Varta and Bosch are made in same factory, Varta being an OEM choice for VAG.

Best to look at the map link in the first sentence, and when you find someone close, you will need to send a PM message (pick a few local user's if possible)
