SKODA FABIA 1.2 tsi sluggish start sometimes
Welcome. What power has your 1.2 TSI? Was it always like this before the parts fitted, & how long have you had it? Is there a nice clean standard (OEM) Air filter fitted. Is it 95 octane E5 petrol used in your country?

2017 Rapid Ambition Auto Transmission Stuck
Welcome. Is it a TSI or TDI and is it a 7 speed twin dry clutch DSG so a DQ200. If a DQ200 DSG, What did the fix, was it oil from the MCU that had leaked, or was it from the gearbox? There are 2 oils. What parts were replaced or used?

Rear spoiler installation question
@TommyFlash It is 5 years since @DaveBrez signed in but it would be good to know if the paint stayed on ok. It is just simply clever to sand / key what ever you get and then a little light primer done and even sand that, then colour.

Can anyone recommend a garage that could replace a failed Karoq digital instrument panel
If someone gets a NIP for exceeding the speed limit the defence of the speedo not working is no defence if they wanted to challenge the speeding offence.

Air conditioner works directly when the engine start
Welcome. You need to tell more. Have you just got the car and this is how it is, or has it started doing this and it did not before? What Fabia / engine / age / miles or km done? ? Is that the only issues?

Remap
Welcome. Maybe an idea to say what engine you have and then members might know what DSG you have. Then maybe consider how many miles the engine / DSG has done. Is it a 1.4 TSI with a DQ200 7 speed dry twin clutch DSG which is rated to a max 250 Nm but which can be OK taking more. But this is used on 1.4 TSI / TFSI Twinchargers with 180 or 185 ps & 250 Nm, and even on ones remapped to over 200 ps and 300+Nm.

Failing door seals
I bumped a thread for you. I think a warranty claim is unlikely to be accepted on a 4 year old car with a wear and tear item. But you can always ask at an Authorised Repairer...

the truth about electric cars
^^^^ Maybe read more and you will see the stuff that is repeated. Maybe it is only those really interested in EV,s that see these stories.

the truth about electric cars
When ZapMap spoke about 600,000 EV,s in the UK they said how many EV owners could charge at home. Over 1 million now registered. Then Fleet News had an article the Zenith did a Survey and 86% with an EV could charge at home. *Never trust Surveys IMO.* Well many many many EV,s have not an owner with a Home with space for the EV,s. Many many Fleets are Councils, NHS etc. So is it drivers of EV,s that are talking about. So the early adopters over the past 10 years of EV driving have a high number that supposedly have Off street parking. Is it yet again This Country, as in England, or this UK nations? The 1 million EV,s has to become 10 times that or more, maybe 20 times more. A google shows something like 30 million Dwellings in the UK.

the truth about electric cars
& millions of homes in the UK are not at ground level. Flats and apartments even just 1st floor or high-rise properties. That how things are though is it not? Home charging of Electrified vehicles is not an option for many more than 'Official Statistics' appear to show but then local authorities do not seem to know how many people stay in their region so why should the Government or the Office for National Statistics.

the truth about electric cars
The percentage of Yellow & Orange not involved in accidents will obviously be taking into account how few there might actually be on the roads.

the truth about electric cars
Red for the emergency fire and rescue staff that just need a car. Blue for police / CID etc that just need a car. Green for On Call Doctors / NHS, district nurses etc. White with some Stick on Signs if needs must. Just as suitable as many of the Basic cars with Steel Wheels and hub caps removed that workers have had provided for decades. Just a pity there is not a built in Britain equivalent but that might come yet.

the truth about electric cars
There are some lovely automatics about. 8 speed auto or manual change, 6 speed in sport and manual change. BMW etc. Some lovely 2 pedal EV,s. Paddles for Regen so just as with an auto and reducing speed and not braking but getting on in control. As to one pedal driving, that does not mean just driving easy in town, but it can be, but it can be driving in a spirited manner. It is all about choices and not all EV,s are the same obviously but they are pretty much 2 pedal cars. Maybe not for New Drivers passing their driving test in them having a Restricted Automatic Only licence. PS Edit. Lots of dreamers around that think they are driving gods in the UK with a 60 mph NSL just because they need the left foot to use a clutch when changing gear.

the truth about electric cars
Transport. New and low cost to procure and run. All that is needed for many Civil Servants. Council Employees, NHS workers, Carers, Meter Readers, or anyone that needs to travel within towns or cities with vehicles that are part of a fleet and kept at works car parks. 1.4 TSI 150 hp oil quantity
@SwatKat when on a phone as i was i did not see your location, so now i know where you are i know that 25k is 25,000 km so under 16,000 miles. Re Topping up brake fluid and not actually replacing Brake Fluid if there is a drop in it might well mean overheating brake fluid. or the H20 content overheating, becoming steam. ? When was the brake fluid last changed before this time?

3 karoq - awaiting delivery what's the issue?
@mistac Head Quarter type numbers once you have a Case Number and for the 'Case Manager' to contact you. Not a Resolution Manager, that comes once you get past minions. As to who you really want dealing with your enquiry is the Executive Team ones as you find on Linkedin. They who like to tell how well Skoda / VW Group UK are doing.
