Mk1/2 Fabia 1.4 diesel, exhaust rear box, genuine new... even cheaper than it was...
Price tumbled due to lack of response.. Mk1/2 Fabia 1.4 diesel hatchback, exhaust rear box, genuine new. Never been fitted. Economy version, part number JZW 253 609AG. Send me your VIN if you want me to check for fitment to your 1.4 diesel Fabia (or something else similar?) Price - £45 collected; way less than half the new price when available (pre-VAT price shown below on partslink24) Not really willing to post as it would be so easily damaged. Location - near Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Photos: Screenshot showing engine codes that it suits (all 1.4 diesels)

the truth about electric cars
You've written soooooo much in here in recent times, I'm not sure that your 'haven't got time' argument holds much sway. 😆

Correct spark plugs for 1.2 HTP engine
Downside of multi-electrode plugs is that there's more metal in between the spark and the mixture being ignited by it. You don't get multiple sparks one to each ground electrode. Watch out for reg number look-ups at the likes of ECP; there can be very wrong results amongst correct ones offered.

Three beeps
Not sure that you're going to find a pad wear sensor anywhere on a UK-sold 1.2 HTP.

Antifreeze (Coolant)
No, G12 evo is newer than G13, bizarrely.

Correct spark plugs for 1.2 HTP engine
Number of negative electrodes is of minor impact. Trade-off between slowing the erosion rate by having multiple, and shielding the spark (fewer is better). As per LLL link supplied previously, the correct Bosch item is their part number F7HER02, genuine PN 101905601F. The second one listed there as suitable for CGPA seems to be no longer available. 1.4 Greenline BMS - Cranking but not starting
I might be tempted to see what else is fed by the fuse that powers the oil level/temperature sensors. Can you supply the VIN to allow a build date to be found, and so the best wiring info? Not sure if a stuck closed anti-shudder valve might be consistent with the observed behaviour?

No way

2006 fabia vrs air blower not working
Yes, in HVAC module I think, a measuring block should show you volts to motor of fan.

Have you checked the fuse?

no check engine light
I don't think so. Coolant level warning is another common one to appear, which might have been obscured rather than fixed.

Mk2 1.2 not starting + EPC light
Hello, this sounds like the wire to the starter motor solenoid has broken. Depending on which version of 1.2 engine you have, this may be visible from above if you look vertically downwards to the right of the front of the engine.

glovebox light fuse?
No idea, sorry, just going off wiring diagram.

1.2 TSI CBZB gasket part number mystery
Great shout @xman: the image here shows it quite clearly as just that: Rear Crankshaft Seal with Flange Germany 036103171B (skoda-parts.com)

glovebox light fuse?
If main, front interior light is working, it's not a fuse issue. Both fed directly from BCM. The switch, with red/white and brown wires may be the issue instead.

no check engine light
It should be in the position shown here, in the yellow ring Below is an image intended for other purposes originally, which I have edited with red rings to show the holes above the LEDs, one or more of which may have been closed off to mask the emissions light: You might be able to see by lifting the overlay as shown here, but more diagonally, between the fuel gauge needle and speedo needle, or you may have to carefully remeve the speedo needle to get a view of the relevant hole. .

no check engine light
Someone may have obscured it to help when selling it. I found a small ball of black tape above the LED in the plastic bezel within the instrument cluster some time after buying my Polo. Can't remember if I took a photo, will try to find.

1.2 TSI CBZB gasket part number mystery
Can you not just fit the broken bits of the original, with a little help from sealant to hold together?
-
Urgent - part number please
The part number I quoted matches what's on the part number label of that one, so yep, should be correct. The number on the black bit is just for the electronic control unit; a subcomponent of the whole.

Urgent - part number please
1K0 614 117 H ABS unit with control unit MK70 TEVES PR:1AC+7K0 according to partslink24

Urgent - part number please
VIN will make it way easier.

The dreaded door alarm short
Might be worth conferring by PM about the possibility of repair, depending on what price(s) you find.
-
The dreaded door alarm short
If you want it to work right, match not only the 6Q1...part number exactly, but also the next line which will be SK250D2DRS on yours, or possibly SK250DDRS.

The dreaded door alarm short
New-new, or new to you?

Try unplugging the window motor.
