Etka parts finder
I find this catalogue very handy, they sell bits too. Don't bother putting in your VIN though, it doesn't filter the results accordingly. Car Parts Catalog - LLLParts

Etka parts finder
As suggested above, share your VIN with @ApertureS (or me) and your car data (full list of PR codes) may magically appear in your inbox. Then most ETKA-echoing sites become workable for you.

Finding the build date of your car???
If you message me the VIN I can tell you.

Wiring Cruise Control
I think it's saying take the existing contact with red/blue wire out of fusebox position 5. Put it into whichever one of their supplied connectors it will fit in. Put the red/blue wire they have supplied, with the same contact type, into the fusebox. So effectively one wire become two, one (originally in fusebox) that goes to the clutch pedal etc, and the other going to the cruise stuff. Yes, pin 64 for diesel, as it says, in English.

Wiring Cruise Control
OK, so do that instead. 🙂

Wiring Cruise Control
For the red/blue power feed, I think it's saying effectively to join it the red/blue wire that goes to pin 2 of the clutch pedal switch, assuming yours is a manual gearchange? Easier than trying to get into the back of the fusebox. The wire that goes to the engine ECU is white, I think, the diagram seems to suggest that there are two different contacts for that, one or other will fit the ECU plug of different engines.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Applies to both of the above posts.

Vin number
Wasn't me that spotted it, but I remembered it as a handy one. Credit to @T2000 for mentioning it here https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/523335-wheel-guide/#elControls_5849646_menu

Vin number
Stick the reg number into the search box at chipex.co.uk and you'll find the VIN in the resulting URL at the top of the page.

Oil level sensor
See what the wire colours are that go to this connector, I may be able to tell you if it really is related to oil level/temp sensor.

fuel pump relay location search
Not in trunk, under rear seats, I think. Lift up seat base on right side of car to find access to top of fuel tank.
- Left hand indicator being odd.

Brakes - Confirm sizes / Places to buy
No problem. The 310's are vented discs, so should be relatively easy to differentiate from the solid 272's, as mentioned above by @Dooge

1.4tsi 150bhp ACT fuel filter location/replacement?
That brings up no results for a separate "fuel filter", when searching for that exact phrase for your VIN, just: 3Q0 919 051 Fuel delivery unit and sender for fuel gauge D >> - 05.12.2016 Yours was built 09/11/2015, so well within that date limit. That's been superseded by 3Q0 919 051 AD, which at £372 plus VAT for genuine new would be one expensive filter change if it is inbuilt! (and you bought genuine from Skoda).
-
1.4tsi 150bhp ACT fuel filter location/replacement?
I might be wrong, yours may pre-date the in-tank filter arrangement. VIN will get the answer.
-
fuel pump relay location search
There's a fuel pump control unit, on top of tank (under rear seats), I believe, rather than a relay up in the dash area. Feed to it from fuse 20 is a red/black wire.

1.2 diesel or one of the several 1.2 petrol models? Fling me the reg number or VIN if you want quickest answer.

Draw under radio Part number please skoda fabia mk1 2004
Still showing as available new on partslink24, but you'd have to be keen as it's £88 plus VAT. LLL offer it for slightly less, but probably/maybe add some postage to this: Skoda Stowage Compartment 6Y085833247H - LLLParts

1.4tsi 150bhp ACT fuel filter location/replacement?
Probably built in to the fuel pump assembly in the tank, and no, definitely not worth replacing. Can check with VIN if you like.

Mk2 1.2 not starting + EPC light
Oh, well done. Good work. 🙂
-
Brakes - Confirm sizes / Places to buy
What you need are the PR codes that define your front and rear brake versions. Armed with those, most website descriptions should be relatively easy to define as go/no go. Message me with your VIN if you'd like me to offer these.

Mk1/2 Fabia 1.4 diesel, exhaust rear box, genuine new... even cheaper than it was...
Price tumbled due to lack of response.. Mk1/2 Fabia 1.4 diesel hatchback, exhaust rear box, genuine new. Never been fitted. Economy version, part number JZW 253 609AG. Send me your VIN if you want me to check for fitment to your 1.4 diesel Fabia (or something else similar?) Price - £45 collected; way less than half the new price when available (pre-VAT price shown below on partslink24) Not really willing to post as it would be so easily damaged. Location - near Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Photos: Screenshot showing engine codes that it suits (all 1.4 diesels)

the truth about electric cars
You've written soooooo much in here in recent times, I'm not sure that your 'haven't got time' argument holds much sway. 😆
