Thank you for all the welcomes! I'm now the proud owner No. 970. Made it home last night after an 800mile round trip, 3 hours stuck in traffic at Birmingham(yes yes, typical female - the co-driver missed the toll road).

Drove the 400miles home and what a little car!! I love it!

She was washed first thing this morning as she got a wee bit dirty on the way home.

Definately up for a photo oppertunity, i'm not good at organisation so i'll have to leave that up to someone else but let me know where and when so she can be immaculate for it!

Kevin, havn't bought a boot liner yet but its on the "to do" list.

3 hours "stuck in traffic at Barmyhum ;) 'cos the co-driver missed the toll road' "! Coming up the M5 I just keep going to the M6; It means doing one side of the triangle rather than 2, and a "slow trip" from there to Telford has meant being down to 40.

Also I did mean the questions about where you Kart, and who you co-drive for in what championship?

Haha, my mum was co-driving, lol. Karting is just a hobby that i enjoy every now and again.

Not rallying as much this year, have done the Scottish Tarmac Championship, Border Championship and North of England Championship for last 3 years but have now got another horse so that is taking up a bit more of my time. Plus, have had too many big crashes with the rallying so taken fright a wee bit to be honest. Will find some photos tho.

Love to see rallying shots, but this isn't the most appropriate forum; this one would be better.

Will see what i can do.

Hello Vicky and welcome. Unbeknown to us both we've probably met before. I do a lot of rally marshalling for Solway Car Club in Dumfries and Galloway often operating the lights or shouting a countdown at special stage starts.

I remember the bloke in the 106 posting some pretty good times. Looked like a lot of talent on a tight budget whereas it's often a lot of money and little talent.

Good Luck

Graham

Hello Vicky  nice picture.

There are no dodgy people in the Fabia 1 section :naughty::naughty:

Seriously though, enjoy your new car, I still love mine even after 4 years, still puts a smile on my face when I drive her.

Welcome to Briskoda.
