Uprated ARB`s for Roomster

Featured Replies

Hello

With the success that we have had with the ARB fitting on Tony`s (Fluffmeister) Roomster we have decided to let you all know of these bars

The rear 25mm ARB`s are £185 + VAT and fitting is £49.50 + VAT

These make a very big difference to the handling , and the fronts just fininsh it off nicely

The fronts are 22mm £109 + VAT and fitting on these are £74.25 + VAT and would need a geo check and adjust afterwards @ £67.50 + VAT

If anyone needs any further help please feel free to give us a call on 0161 7760777 press option 1 for sales

Thank you

Hi Sarah,

Could this package fit the new Fabia 1.2 12V with rear drum brakes?

Bgds Dan

Anyone who wants a demo :D or to see them in the flesh, I will definately be at the Awesome GTi RR day and am hoping to try to catch up with the Cat and Fiddle meet in October.

Honestly, the difference is night and day, you get the most "bang for bucks" from the rear ARB, but the front ARB just puts that little bit of extra "feel" and directness into the steering and control of the car which I am loving.

For a little shopping wagon, it's a bit of a Q car and easily more fun than my previous 2.0 DSG Octy, and I would say it runs my Mk2 vRS close (Though not on performance :D:D:D) and the vRS had FSD's / Eibachs / Neuspeed ARB's and drop links.

And no .... I'm not on commission :)

Thank you Tony

Mark was so impressed with your car , I was amazed

So I think anyone who is thinking of this if they are coming to the rolling road day , a little passenger ride would be great

Thank you for that

Hi Dan

The front one should be OK and fit

The rear one though , we are thinking this will be the same as the Fabia 1 @ £90 + VAT , on special offer

Are you local?

Well it depends.......I´m from Copenhagen...:P

Please send me a price with shipping included to Denmark, either here or pm.

Thanks in advance,

Bgds Dan

Hi Sarah, yep i fitted the 28mm rarb from yourselves. complete transformation!

i would go to say it will out handle most things on the road including GTI'S etc

I had a MK1 VRS Octavia which would have struggled through the twisty's compared to it

I could be

I will be going, interested to try a Roomy with RARB.

Hopefully I will have new tyres by then too!

All very tempting but my (our) Roomster 'belongs' to SWMBO and there are NO mods allowed. :thumbdwn: :(

I have though managed to get Phillips Extreme headlamps and Silver Vision indicators into it! ;) and it runs on Vpower/Tesco 99.

Mind you, from the difference and improvement to the handing made by a JabbaSport rear ARB on a Fabia I; I can imagine the difference on a Roomster will be well worth it. :D:thumbup:

Ill certainly be doing it to mine when i get one, just because i want practicality doesnt mean i want to lose performance.

:iagree: Me too:thumbup:

It's an ongoing trend now :) Maybe I should get it stickered up in Awesome livery, it's the right colour after all :D

Sorry mate, a bit to far for me :(, I am working in Germany Sunday nights to Friday mornings so can only make local meets until after Christmas and this contract ends.

Hi Sarah

Do you (or Tony) have any installation pics for the RARB.

Cheers, Eddie :)

Cheers Tony

I must admit , Mark still talks about that car to this day and the little drive he had in the Vroomster ;)

Bless.......

he has roadtested Ferrari`s etc. but its your car that he talks about

Sarah

Thanks for the pics Tony , the RARB looks top quality, all I have to do now is get myself up to Manchester or alternatively could try to install myself. After the Vrs I am enjoying the room/practicality/comfort of the Roomster and have to say am impressed with its handling considering its size, so would follow your advice and fit the 25mm bar so as to not make the rear too hard.

Cheers, Eddie
