Like the exhausts at the back :D

Some good photos in that article, Thanks Bryan.

I notice that the pic of the maximum luggage space (with the back seats folded) shows the seat backs to be horizontal, albiet a little higher than the boot floor. I'm sure another thread & at least one road test I've read said this wasn't possible.

Surely it's not something as basic as taking off the headrests?

Anyone with a car care to try it & see?

I need to order a 3.6 Elegance DSG in Mocca Brown with Ivory.

Those seats are very flat, any of the Superb seats I folder down had a distinct upward slope to them. Any owners want to play with their seats and let us know what the trick is

My guess is, as per all the Fabias and Octavias, that you have to take the seat squabs out first and then the backs fold flat. It's an easy job as they just unclip.

I know how to flip / remove the seats on the Octavia, when looking at the Superb I could not move the squabs and the dealer told me they were a solid fitment in the Superb

If they are the same as the 3C Passat then you lift at the front and then push back to release the fixings at the side. They have to be removeable to access the fuel delivery unit.

I tried lifting at the front (did not want to put enough pressure to force them) and nothing moved. I do not think they are designed like the Octavia to flip up and forward, and in a car with SO much room between the front and rear seats it would be a silly mistake by Skoda

That looks very nice and as already said - Im lovin the exhaust pipes! :o

Can anyone confirm; is this engine a detuned version of the Passat R36 lump? Ive heard conflicting views on this so far.

THanks,

Lee
