This part replaces the plastic boost hose and the shoddy clips on the rubber hose bends.

Quite interested in this mate. I'm from Irvine so wouldn't need to post. Who is it that's making the pipe, someone loacal? and where did you get the samco hose, quite fancy that as well:)

Bought the Samco from another member on here......if i remember rightly it should be about £20 from Samco (i think lol)

For info, don't need any amendments to the pipe, as I have the tap from the Allard pipe, if I want to go boost gauging.

And if you could get a rough postage cost too, that would be super!

Just a wee update, for all those interested in connecting a boost gauge to the pipe, it will be £5 extra to have the pipe modifyed to take the attachment

Hi mate i'll have one please Can I pay via Paypal? I have a Forge FMIC... Im guessing it'll slide straight into the Samco supplied with that do you know? Whats the Bore of the pipe where it connects to the Samco on the EGR Valve side so I can order that (I also have the race pipe).

It's basically the same as the plastic pipe in dimensions and SHOULD fit the samco on the FMIC.

I'll measure the samco bore tomorrow. You can use the standard rubber bend that comes off the EGR but you need to cut the metal collar off the rubber pipe You dont need the samco hose but it does look cool

Hi Dovitlad.

This is the nipple I have. Its a brass one with a 1/4" (6.35mm) thread. It is tapered (gets wider at the top for the non tech peeps) so that it ensures a good seal and no boost ****es out. Ideally I'd need the thread near the top left of the pipe, or on the bottom, as in these pics:

Hey mate, how can you get the Stainless pipe and Samco hose to work with the standard EGR pipe? as if its possible to work like that then i will have one, im not sure it will fit however if you use the standard hose because if you cut the collar then that leaves the straight part shorter thus not leaving enough length to slide the boost pipe in and secured enough or has this been taken into consideration in the manufacturing proccess and the pipe is actually longer than standard? Cheers.

The pipe is longer mate i'll get exact lenghts if this would put your mind at ease? I know for a fact that the pipe sits PERFECT into the intercooler rubber bend as you need to chop the collar off

can you add me mate? I defo need one of these, i can here my plastic pipe hissing on idel it is leeking that much,
