I get a really low number for Mandelbrot's Fractal... 308

Everyone else is getting like 3000+... what does that mean?

Mandelbrot set - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'm guessing it's a way of helping determine Floating Point calculations speed as it's very math's intensive (it would seem) so what the rendering performance of the CPU alone is without assistance from Mr Nvidia or Mrs ATI.

Not sure what coould cause low readings though? lot's of crap in the primary cache maybe? voltage?

A few years back I would have stared at those for hours on end ;);)

I am thinking fat bird lying on her side looking at the wiki link :)

It's a bit poo, I can't take advantage of the 4 * 4 cores and 32GB of RAM :(

Just sees 1 Quad CPU and not all the RAM.

I was looking to smash the scores, but since each one of those chips is only running at 2.4GHz it's not as impressive when it's just one of them :(

I'm looking at my Macbook Pro score and Crossover is munching away at nearly 700mhz of the CPU so I can play around with Windows app's and games.
