My Octy PD 140 combi is running like a dream at the moment, it feels like it is only just run in (for the first time) am I the only one who has found this? The DSG used to stutter a bit but everything is silky smooth.

Have thought that about mine recently, and especially since it had it's 40k mile service, much smoother than when I got it at 20k miles.

Cheers for that :( it is a DSG so I think the clutch is OK for the life of the car (lummox info) and what is a DMF?

DMF Dual Mass Flywheel. Was only joking BTW, driven right it will likely do 250,000 Miles no problem.
