I suppose that's one positive thing I could say about the Corsa, it was robust. I used to veer off road on my early morning drive home to bounce it through some ruts, do 70 on the motorway in 3rd most of the way, change gear without the clutch and generally abuse it in the hope it would die and my life would be enriched. In the whole 7 months the only thing that broke was the brake light/pedal switch ! I only washed it twice too, once with left over water from cleaning the house windows using the mop thing I attach to a pole, and the day before I took it back it got a 1 hour detail. I was actually congratulated by the rep who inspected it saying 'You've obviously looked after this'
