Just thought I'd pop in to say hi. Picked up my new black Octavia vRS on Saturday and the smile hasn't left my face yet.

Although it has meant a change in driving style from my old 1.3 Fiesta :eek:

Just can't wait to get the fist 1k out the way so I can really play now

Just a little. I put my foot down comming off an island (like I always had to in the Fez to get any sort of poke out of it) on the way back from the dealers and left the G/F 100 yards back down the road! :eek:

The change is being quite a pleasant experience

Welcome, Jim. You might like to consider having cruise control retrofitted if you haven't got it already - it's very useful for keeping your licence in its original condition.
