New pictures of the facelift Fabia

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've found these pictures on the Czech Skoda website. The interesting picture is on the bottom right. It seems to show the Audi/VW style of trip computer and looks very cool! I wonder if this is the computer on the higher up models with the facelift. Or perhaps its only the display you get with Sat Nav. Anyone have any thoughts?

Bit better than the cycling through the clock display i'd imagine though?

Chris

I've got a feeling I saw it in the manual on my vRS. While the car is 2 months old the manual was printed/published last November. I have a feeling it is included in certain markets only.

Looks like you get the previously-vRS-only fog lights then ... can't see much else different at the front. Good pics though

Its the multi dot display as found in the Superbs, and with models with sat nav it gives countdown indicator street names and direction arrows etc, very useful

Looks pretty tidy doesnt it. The dash cluster is different, not only the centre display but the temp and fuel gauges have been revised. Wonder if the vRS will have a revised cluster aswell?

will sat-nav be an option for it though? and where is it likely to fit?

Regards,

Depends on what sat nav it is, 1 or 2.

1 is a unit in the boot using the centre display in the dash and a control up front.

2 is a double din headunit.

The Sat navs I have seen in Fabias have aways been the normal double din unit will work with the multidot display unit no problem. In CZ it been available for years its just the backward Uk mob that live in the dark ages . I know they asked me how I retrofitted sat nav in my Superb when there tech unit coulldn't

John...

I sneaked a quick look at your Satnav at Trax last week (whilst Q was fitting the cam mount)

Very nice indeed. ;)
