It is worth noting though that you won't acheive the look pictured earlier in the thread.

The rear fog light does not extend up around the reverse light. There is a divider inside the cluster to focus the bulb output and ensure it is as bright as possible. I've marked the positioning of the divider here. Not sure if it can be removed?

This is more like the look you will get...

actual look of how the rear fog light will look like but with LED rear cluster.

but do try and see how the intensity change will make the rear look like.
