Hello!!! My name's Simon, been a member for a year or so now but have been a little too nervous to say anything!! I'm going to my first ever meet on Sunday the 12th (very excited lol) I was going to catch up with the posse that are meeting at Clackett Lane Services (M25) before 6.30 but I'm quite nervous about that too what with not knowing anybody. Is anybody going past the Ebbsfleet, Bluewater or Swanley turnoff's that I could meet up with on the way?

Agreed. Don't be nervous. Although it is a little nerve racking on your first meeting when you don't know anyone and you feel like everybody else knows each other.

well i did say 'most people' - there are always exceptions!!!!

We're a friendly bunch in general and I have always found people to talk to at meets and have made a few friends through here too.

I will be going yes and really looking forward to it. Nice steady cruise down will be nice.

Yeah meet around 6. I live about 15 minutes away so will probably be there at 6 but we're not leaving until 6:30ish so people from further afield can get there

I'm planning on being there on Sunday doing a 660 mile round trip to attend over the weekend, as Long as SWMBO does not have to work I will be there.
